Promensil Perimenopause has helped me a lot with the changes I've had during this stage of life over the days I've been using it. I've noticed fewer hot flashes at night. I like it because it's helped me sleep better, stay calm during the day, have less anxiety, fewer headaches, and best of all, it's helping with my hair loss, brittle nails, and my skin looks more radiant. It doesn't irritate my stomach and doesn't make me sleepy during the day.
