LOVE LOVE The Hunger Games trilogy! Definitely my favorite dystopian novels thus far! When I was reading this trilogy, I literally ate, slept, and breathed every thing The Hunger Games. I think there's a lot to be learned from reading these books! While I liked the first 2 books (The Hunger Games and Catching Fire) better than I like the 3rd book (Mockingjay), I think they were each unique to themselves. They all had something to be desired from each one of them. Mockingjay was very rushed. It left me heartbroken with lots of tragedies throughout the book. I'm really hoping the movie isn't as rushed as the book is and hopefully we will see a lot more character development. -

This book was AMAZING!! I wasn't sure what I was stepping into when I started this book. I knew from people talking about it that it was really sad, I just wasn't sure to what extent. I think John Greene did a great job of creating Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters. I think he took a brilliant approach to life and dying. After getting over the initial roller coaster of emotions that I experienced while reading this, it really made me think about my life and my way of living. While it is very sad, I found it very uplifting and moving. This book also has some great quotes to live your life by :) -

Divergent is definitely one of the best series that I've invested my time into. The first 2 books (Divergent and Insurgent) were AMAZING!! They took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions and I couldn't put them down. I couldn't stop thinking about them (to the point of having dreams about serums!). The 3rd book (Allegiant) was just okay IMO. It's more on the technical side and there is a lot of science talk. It was a tough read IMO. It's told in both of the main characters POV and sometimes I found it hard to know which chapter belonged to who. I found myself having to flip to the beginning of each chapter to see who was talking. I won't post any spoilers but the ending KILLED me! LOVE this book series and really hope everyone who likes these type of books can appreciate it the way that I have. -

The quality, IMO, has gone down in recent years but it still does what I think it's meant to do which is wake me up! Clean & Clear Morning Burst is a mainstay product in our household! -
