I’ve been taking Promensil Perimenopause + Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails for about a month, and I can already feel a difference. My hot flashes are less intense, I’m sleeping better, and I just feel more like myself again. I also noticed my hair feels a bit stronger and my skin not as dry. I like that it’s hormone-free and easy to take - just one tablet a day.
