I love trying out new mascaras, so I was anxious to see how the GOSH Crazy Volume Mascara would fair. It's thicker but easy to apply. It does smudge underneath my eyes a bit throughout the day which was disappointing. The brush is unique and allows you to get all the lashes - even the small ones. I liked the impact that it made on my eyes, as it does allow your lashes to appear bulkier and more defined.

With combination skin, it can be tough to find a product that helps keep those oily spots matte. The GOSH Prime 'n Set Powder comes in a small container but does require a brush to apply. The only thing I dislike about loose powder is how messy it gets, which makes it hard to apply on the go. I do like how lightweight the powder is and how soft it appears. It doesn't seem to last the whole day, but is easy to touch up if needed. I love products that are 2-in-1, and this one acts as a primer, as well as a setting powder for your makeup.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the GOSH Lip Lacquer and was surprised to find that the lacquer applies easily and smoothly. I like the shine it provides with the deep colour of a lipstick. Depending on what you're doing, it stays on fairly well, but does start to wear off when eating/drinking. The deep colour is great against my fair skin, but I would also love to try it in a lighter shade of pink. Overall, I was pretty impressed! Although it's a small bottle, a LOT goes a long way. -

One of the first things I noticed, aside from the clean, simple packing, was the Canadian flag on the front. There's just something reassuring about knowing that a product is made in Canada and tells me that it will not only be safe, but ensure good results.
I like the flip top for convenience when using and storing, as well as the clear packaging that easily allows me to see how much dish liquid I have left. There's no strong smell, but unlike some unscented products that can smell dingy or bland, there's a nice, clean scent that makes me feel good about using it every day on our dishes. I actually find it creates a good amount of suds; not too overwhelming where your sink is overloaded, but not too little that they disappear almost instantly and you wonder if it's actually going to clean. Just a perfect amount of suds to do your dishes and know you're getting the best clean. It works great on all my dishes and is able to stand up to some of the toughest bits that are stuck on, such as dried egg yolk, spaghetti sauce or greasy pans. I enjoy doing my dishes with Nature Clean Unscented Dish Liquid and feel more confident knowing that my family isn't being exposed to any harsh chemicals when we're using the dishes later on. As for my hands? I haven't had any reactions whatsoever and the bonus is that the dish liquid doesn't even dry out my skin! How many times have you done dishes and have been left with dry, brittle hands after? I know I have!
The Unscented Dish Liquid is proudly displayed beside my kitchen sink and I love knowing that I don't have to worry about any allergic reactions on my sensitive skin when doing the constant load of dishes that a mother of young children does on a daily basis. Yes, I have a dishwasher, but there's SO many things that can't go in it and have to be washed by hand every day. It's nice to know I have a dish liquid that can handle the task of anything I bring its way without the worry of what it might leave on the dishes when I'm done.

I received my BassBuds and oohed and awed over the presentation of the packaging. White and fancy, with the earbuds and accessories well displayed. I didn't know what colour I would be expecting, but much to my delight, the oh so pretty pink coloured "Candy" earbuds from their 2012 Fashion Collection arrived.
So organized and placed neatly and securely on a velvety display inside the box, almost like fine jewelry would be.
Not only do they look great, they sound awesome! The sound is definitely clean and the earbuds fit comfortably in your ear without being loose or fitting too tight. I was immediately impressed with the quality and convenience of the single button control, something I've never had in a headphone.
I had my friend try them out as well and she agreed that they sounded impressive and she also loved the appearance of them being pink with the Swarovski elements. I also noticed that the cords don't get tangled easily like some headphone cords tend to and the ability to switch the silicone earbuds is a nice added feature that makes it easy to control comfort and sound.

I didn't know what to expect. Honestly. I really thought they would have to be somewhat cheap and flimsy if they're foldable, right? Well, when my shoes arrived, they came in a GORGEOUS black box. Very elegant and beautiful packaging. Almost like what you'd expect from a high end jewelry store.
When I opened it, the shoes were rolled up with a satin ribbon and a simple, black pouch was included (to put your shoes in when on the go).
I eagerly unraveled the ribbon and was completely shocked when the flats turned out to be absolutely gorgeous!!! The material isn't "shiny", so it's not tacky at all. The heart embellishment is sparkly, proportioned well in comparison to the shoe, and firmly secured in place. No worries of that ever falling off! The shoes unrolled easily and had no signs of damage from being compacted.
I quickly put them on my feet, which just happened to be feeling "tuckered out" on that particular day. So this was coincidentally good timing to try these out.
They are so comfortable and flexible! The large fit my feet perfectly. I had to fight off my 2 year old daughter, because she was eyeing up these beauties with determination to wear them herself!.Which she did briefly strut around the house in them before I stole them back hehe. So not only do I approve, my 2 year old daughter approves as well ;)
The bottoms are very durable and surprisingly thick for how compact this shoe has to be. They're non-slip, which is great for wearing indoors or out (or chasing after your kids! hehe). You can pair these shoes up with anything; jeans, dress, skirts, shorts, etc! Casual or elegant, doesn't matter. They fit easily in my purse and since I have a decent sized purse, I still have more than enough room for everything else, plus extra. I won't just be keeping these in my purse for certain "tired tootsie" occasions, I'll be wearing these lovely gems whenever I can!

I was really drawn to Bling Time Accessories and how beautiful all their jewelry was. I remember having more style before having kids and want to find my unique sense of style again, now that my kids are getting a little more independent and I have more time to focus on me. Bling Time Accessories intrigued me with all their unique and stunning jewelry, especially their interchangeable watches. I used to always wear watches and somehow over the years and kids, my watches started to become absent. I wanted to get that part of my style back, but not in just any "ordinary" way...in a fabulous way!
I decided on the double stranded Spring Wedding watch and I was blown away by how beautiful it is and how it completely suits me! The colours are absolutely my style and it was perfect for summer.
When I received the watch, I was in love at first sight. Stunning...absolutely stunning! The attention to detail of the beading on the watch band is really impressive and the colour arrangement is spectacular. Everything goes together perfectly. The watch face itself is beautiful and is a perfect compliment to the beading. I gave her my wrist measurements and because I have small wrists, she sent me the watch in a small size. It arrived in 2 pieces, the watch face and the wrist band (to make it interchangeable with other watch faces they carry). It was simple to attach together; 2 clasps hook onto the watch face and "voila", the watch is complete! The watches come in 3 sizes and the Spring Wedding watches fit more on the smaller side, so it was perfect for my wrists! Since I have small wrists, sometimes it's hard for me to find a watch that fits it perfectly, but the Spring Wedding watch had no problem sitting on my wrist. There was no wiggling and turning around, and the watch face stayed where I wanted it to. The watch is very comfortable and I love the stretchy band that makes it easy to take on and off. This watch is perfect to dress up or down and compliments so many different outfits and styles because of the various beads/colours that are in it. The watch has so much character to it and I've received so many compliments on it already when I wear it. Definitely unique, stylish, comfortable and fabulous!
I would definitely recommend Bling Time Accessories to any woman looking to find her style at an affordable cost. Everything is so beautiful and there's so much I'd love to try from there! I love how the watches are handmade and each have their own unique personality. It's so fun that you can interchange it with other watch faces to become the perfect accessory to any outfit and any occasion.

It comes in sleek, black packaging and I liked that I was able to see the product through a "peep hole" in the box. The Prime Time is also in a sleek, black container with clear viewing window on lid. Everything looks so sophisticated! Prime Time can be used as a primer for your eyes to prevent smudging and creasing, while keeping colour vibrants and on your lips to prevent feathering and fading. I wear most types of makeup, but I'm not a lipstick wearer, so I focused on my eyes and settled with some lipgloss to test out Prime Time.
It's very creamy and smooth, and I used my middle finger to gently swipe some from the container. You need only a VERY small amount. It was easy to apply on my eyelids, blended it very well and was not sticky or "wet". I wondered if my eyeshadow would adhere to it well and was happy that it did. My eyeshadow went on just the same as it always does, but I did notice it was smoother when applied. The noticeable difference was at the end of the day. Surprisingly, my eyeshadow was still perfectly in tact and had not smudged or faded. I even made sure to use one of my eyeshadows that often fades throughout the day. It passed the eyeshadow test!
As for the lips, since I don't wear lipstick and not even really gloss either. I did take the plunge and try some pinky, clear gloss I had lying around with the Prime Time. Luckily my lips weren't dry and the primer applied very well. I was worried it would make my lips look white, but after the lip gloss went on, it wasn't noticeable. My lipgloss stayed on fairly well, but I tend to "smuck" my lips a lot if I'm wearing anything on them, so it came off a bit after a couple hours, but honestly, not as easily as it normally would if I didn't have the primer on. I can only imagine how great it would be for people who wear lipstick! If it can help with lipgloss, I'm sure it can do wonders with lipstick.
I really love Prime Time and it now has a permanent place in my makeup bag. I use it every time I wear makeup and I like that it even acts as a highlighter for my eyes. With dark circles, it's been great, especially for the inside corner of my eyes. I blend a tiny amount near the inside corners and it really helps to brighten. At $25 it might seem a little pricey, but for how much you get and how little you actually use of it, as well as how much further it makes your eyeshadow/lipstick go, it's worth it in my opinion.
