Being a busy mom of four young kids, making sure my body is fuelled correctly is often the last thing on my mind. Having a greens and multivitamin combined in convenient daily packets makes it so easy for me to incorporate in my day to day routine. I can through them in my purse when I’m on the go, or quickly grab one to take while bustling around the house. I also found the flavour to be very pleasant. It doesn’t taste fake or leave a bad aftertaste . I’ve been taking them consistently for the last two weeks and have already noticed I have more energy, I’m less bloated , and my skin is starting to clear up. I look forward to see what other benefits I will gain as I continue to take them.

This peach fruit soda was heavenly. I’m not an alcohol drinker and have struggled to find something that I could genuinely enjoy while sitting around a camp fire with my friends while they have their drinks. I can’t wait confidently say— that’s no longer the case. This peach fruit soda checks all my boxes. 1) Comes in a can 2) non alcoholic 3) easily find and buy anywhere ( can buy it at Walmart) 4) tastes sophisticated enough to enjoy at a fancy dinner yet practical enough to enjoy around a fire and not feel as though I’ve had to compromise.
It’s refreshing, lightly sweet and feels like a treat instead of a back up option.
Bonus: my kids love it too! We can all enjoy it together. I don’t have to have a “kids drink” option available. I’ll 100% be stocking these all summer for the family to enjoy.

I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza dough mix! Sometimes products that don’t require much effort to make in my experience taste awful, but this was COMPLETELY OPPOSITE!! This pizza dough tasted exactly like the from scratch, completely homemade pizza crust my mom made when I was a kid. It was such a nostalgic taste. I love that it was effortless to make and required very little ingredients to be added. The best part is the dough mix itself only has 3 ingredients listed on the packaging, and it’s CANADIAN to boot! I will definitely be keeping this mix as a staple in my pantry for those last minute pizza and movie nights my kids ask for. Way easier than looking for a healthy dough recipe online, just dump and mix.
