I did not like the tastebof these bars and found they had a chalky taste from the added protien. I would not buy them again because of the taste. I would buy other flavors instead

I am using this every day still and I find it works well but when I go to the gym and sweat I find that I do need to re-apply it after. I liked that there was little smell to the deodorant itself.
