It's easily applied to damp, towel-dried hair, just spray and watch your hair transform into this flowy, effortless mermaid hair. Leaves my hair soft, smooth, shiny, and healthy-looking. This product leaves my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and plump looking. In just over a week of using this cream, I've noticed a subtle improvement in my under eye wrinkles/eye bags as they have softened a bit. But what really got me was the smoothing out of my forehead wrinkles and firmness along the sides of my face. My face appears brighter, luminescent almost, and more even toned than before. I'm really curious and excited to see the long-term results of continued use of this product.

This formula has a very thick, rich cream consistency that spreads easily and initially leaves a white cast on the skin. It doesn't absorb easily so it needs to be worked in well into the skin before it turns clear. Leaves behind this faint bluish tint on the skin and looks almost shimmery in the sunlight. Once absorbed, it doesn't leave your skin greasy or sticky but so immensely hydrated. I think this product is best suited for the body but can be used on the face. If used on the face, I'd apply it using a makeup sponge for easy absorption. Makes for a great makeup base/primer too!! Love it!!!
Also, the cap changes colour from clear to blue when exposed to UV rays. Pretty cool!!!

Although I'm in early menopause, I don't experience all the symptoms that come along with it. I love that this product is all natural. Contains no side effects, this product is drug-free and doesn't cause fluctuations in weight. Recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily but I noticed that I could only take 1 capsule per day either in the morning or at lunch time. It increases my energy levels and mood throughout the day and I feel so much better for it but if I take one either at dinner time or at bedtime, I have difficulty sleeping and staying sleeping. Overall, I feel better when I take it.

I love that this product is all natural and can improve your overall heart health. It's super easy to fit into my lifestyle, as I do intermittent fasting and I don't need to take it with food. These large softgel caps are easy swallow with water, one capsule twice a day.
I check my blood pressure regularly and have noticed a drop in pressure compared to before I started these pills. I take blood pressure medication for high blood pressure and have noticed a significant improvement with that. I can't wait to see the long-term results of these softgels as I have a re-check for my cholesterol in 6 months.
