I have taken a photo of it in case it would help others decide whether they can take it.
I keep it by my kitchen table so I can remember to take them after a meal. It doesn’t seem to upset my stomach and seems to have a mild chalky taste which is fine by me. It has a lot of the vitamins that women would need to have such as iron and cranberry for urinary health too. Overall seems to be a good thing to take every day.
It is also gluten free if you’re sensitive and for myself it is a dairy free product so it will not cause my lactose intolerance to flare up.

Gently rubbing it onto skin, a little bit was enough for my whole face, no need to use copious amount of product. my face felt clean and clear afterward but i think long term use would be better to gauge the effectiveness. I do have roseacea from time to time-so i was a bit cautious as I do not know what triggers it sometimes. so far it seems good.

Sometimes it is tough to give medication to a child that has sensory issues as they might not like the taste, texture or the smell. This quick dissolve powder could possibly be an alternative for those who do not like chewing tablets, or taking the smelly weird tasting liquid. Word of warning though, if your child is extra wiggly, it is easy to spill some of the medication on their shirt if they are not too compliant. this might be unique to just my child though HAHA
overall the taste was fine, just an unexpected reaction with some ending up on her shirt.

So, for some reason every time I hear or see charcoal toothpaste i didn't think i could get over the colour or the taste in my mouth. I have to admit I was pretty nervous to open A&H Essentials Whiten + Activated Charcoal Fluoride-Free Toothpaste. But pleasant surprise, it was only a tad light gray which I can handle so off I go to try this for a week. It was mostly a baking soda with a hint of mint flavour and it does work! I have been using a whitening toothpaste for yeras now and this A&H Essentials Whiten + Activated Charcoal Fluoride-Free Toothpaste took out more of the yellow staining from tea and coffee than my usual brand. I was not really expecting much but wow, the stains are noticeably lighter from just a week, from around the gumline and between the teeth. It doesnt foam up much either so I was uncertain it was working until I did see a difference. Here is a picture of the toothpaste, as you can see it is not black or scary. -

Better take a photo of this as here are the three things I discovered about this toothpaste after trying it for a week
1. Its light on mint flavour not super strong which is a great for kids that don't like super minty strong and you want them to have strong enamel on their teeth. Speaking from someone that had to pay for $5k of dental work on their child because we didn't use fluoride earlier.
2. It does not create a lot of foam in your mouth like you're trying to contain elephant toothpaste in your mouth thus less mess from once again the kids. I don't need a foamy residue of toothpaste around my sink everyday. It seems to work well without the foam
3. and my coffee and tea drinking teeth are noticeably whiter which was a pleasant surprise as I have been using a whiting toothpaste for a long time from a competitive brand and this A&M one reduced the yellowy around the gum line and between the teeth.
Will certainly buy again and if you have kids, it is worth a try as it is more functional than the fruity stuff they market for kids
