Well Im a guy.. but this pertains to women to.... Do not sign up for shapes.... I hope your smart and did research I do not recommend shapes especially the one on mcphillips. Do Not get a trainer youll be paying over 1200 dollars for like 20...   +

Well Im a guy.. but this pertains to women to.... Do not sign up for shapes.... I hope your smart and did research I do not recommend shapes especially the one on mcphillips. Do Not get a trainer youll be paying over 1200 dollars for like 20 sessions when you can workout for me or attend there classes. GO To some other gym. DONT DO IT...THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU QUIT .. YOU HAVE TO WRITE A LETTER TO QUIT AND THEY WILL LOSE THE LETTER YOU SENT AND STILL CHARGE YOU!!.. DONT LISTEN TO A WORD EVEN IF THEY SAY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ONE MONTH IT MEANS A YEAR... AND EVEN IF YOUR MEMBORSHIP RUNS OUT IT HAS A AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SO YOUR STILL SCREWED!!!!!!!!!! and EVEN IF YOUR MOVING THEY WONT LET YOU QUIT... Any other questions email me [email protected]
