I switched to Tom's of Maine toothpaste last year after years of using either Crest or Colgate. My dentist insisted that I use a toothpaste without fluoride. At first I was a little apprehensive but after trying it out I was very impressed. This tootbpaste leaves your breath feeling fresh and clean. It also gently whitens your teeth. Though its a little on the expensive side the toothpasts is definitely worth it if youre looking for a fluoride-free option. I have tried all the flavors of Tom's toothpaste out of which, Fennel flavour is my favourite. Spearmint is good too!! -

This shampoo is a great replacement for high end salon brands. Definitely makes your hair color last longer and gives it a subtle sign. However, I did notice that it dried out the ends of my hair a bit but overall its value for money.
