I like that the serving paddle is light weight, so when food is added, it’s not heavy at all. It smooth on the surface which makes it easy to clean. With the long handle, you can pass the paddle with food around the dinning table without touching the food on it. The hole in the handle makes it easy to hang up over counter tops, to save space and prevents sharp cooking utensils from scratching it. Above all it is super beautiful and I love it.    -
