I used this Mastercraft electrical tool set for a home project (removing an ugly ceiling track light - mission accomplished!) and I'm really impressed with the quality for the price point (50 bucks at Canadian Tire – not bad at all!).
What I love:
The pliers have feel substantial in your hands. As someone who appreciates good pliers, these definitely deliver on durability.
The cable splicer blade is sharp and well-made (maybe a little too sharp - I can already tell I'll probably nick myself at some point, but that's user error, not a design flaw!)
The wire stripper was new territory for me, but it handles both 10-20 AWG solid wire and 12-22 AWG stranded wire. I have no clue what those ranges actually mean, but it seems to cover all the bases for typical home electrical work.
The ergonomic handles with the double-injected grip are surprisingly comfortable - they remind me of high-end cuticle cutters, if that makes sense! Non-slip and easy to grip even when you're working in awkward positions (and believe me, work like this I’m finding myself in awkward after awkward position… hands all over the place and a couple extra ones needed – let’s just say I’m not a natural with home projects).
The molded zipper case is a nice perk too because instead of these tools getting lost in the black hole that is my husband's massive toolbox, everything stays organized and easy to find.
Safety note: Even though the set includes a tester to check if wires are live, I still turned off the breaker before starting work. Better safe than sorry when it comes to electricity! The tools performed exactly as expected with no issues.
Bottom line: This is a solid, well-made set that's perfect for DIY electrical projects. Now I just need to actually buy a replacement ceiling light so guests can use that room again... oops!
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to tackle basic electrical work around the house. But please, remember, when working on electrical, power down and test before you touch!

TheraBreath Fresh Breath Oral Rinse (Icy Mint) Review
Quick Take
A premium alcohol-free mouthwash that delivers on its fresh breath promises, though at a higher price point than conventional alternatives. I tried this for over a week so far, normal routine of brush, floss then oral rinse, easy breezy & will continue to use regularly.
Disclosure: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
What Stands Out (In My Opinion)

Room for Improvement (In My Opinion)
· Premium pricing compared to standard mouthwashes
· Slight foaming during use (typical for alcohol-free formulas)
· Bottle design might not appeal to everyone

· Mouth breathers
· Those seeking an alcohol-free alternative

Value Assessment
While pricier than conventional options, the quality ingredients and effectiveness make it a worthwhile investment for those serious about oral care.
