Went for a cut and colour. Stylist (Mary) couldn't get the colour to stay in my hair - it all washed out when she rinsed it. So she immediately tried a second time without even waiting, and fried my hair. Then, despite the fact that I had a picture of exactly the trendy cut I wanted, she lopped off an extra 4 inches and made me look like a 50-year-old. Would never go back again.    -
