I received this product complimentary from Chick Advisor for the purposes of testing and reviewing it.
Problem skin is just that, a problem. I have oily, acne-prone, highly sensitive skin with an uneven tone and occasional redness. Aren’t you jealous? I didn’t think so. I always have to hesitate to apply creams, serums and salves to my face for fear of a major reaction.
So far, no reaction is to be had with this product. I apply this after washing my face in the morning, and before I apply my full face of makeup – it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and slightly (not completely of course) more even. It has a very slight shimmer within the product that translates to a subtle glow on the face. Trust me when I say, it’s barely noticeable, if you’re worrying about using a shimmer product all over your face.
I’ve had no breakouts because of this product, and it doesn’t cause my makeup to slough off halfway through the day. I feel like this would be a great product to use for those who can tan easily in the summer months (I cannot), just as a wonderful refresher in the morning or evening without the use of additional cosmetics.
It doesn’t have a strong smell like Skin Sleep, which I enjoy – therefore, I don’t receive the warm, uncomfortable tingling sensation upon application. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy this product and look forward to using it often.

I am always hesitant to try new skin creams and serums on my highly sensitive and problematic skin, and when I opened the jar of this product, the scent alone didn’t leave those fears to rest. In fact, the flowery fragrance immediately made me dread using it, as I could almost certainly guarantee some type of reaction.
Honestly, in part I was correct – the Skin Sleep Gel-Balm did irritate my skin slightly. I think the fragrance caused a slightly unpleasant tingle (and still does) upon application, and caused me to have small breakouts – but that aspect is seemingly unavoidable if I use any cream that isn’t meant to treat and prevent oil and acne. But once the uncomfortable warmth seemed to subside it felt quite moisturizing on the skin.
Upon waking the following morning my skin felt full and still moisturized, and surprisingly, not as oily as usual.
I will happily continue using this product, but with my skin sensitivity I think once or twice a week would be all I could manage without risk of an issue. Would happily recommend this product to friends and family, I know the women in my life would love the feeling and results it provides (and they would be able to use it consistently as a night cream).

First of all, this product smells amazing. I had heard reviews that it smelled of honey (which I’m personally not a fan of, I don’t think it ever translates to an actual honey smell - more of a manufactured overly sweet smell), so that had my guard up before the parcel even arrived at the post office box. Luckily, I don’t smell even the faintest hint of honey, just the refreshing scent of turkish fig. As it turns out, I quite enjoy the smell of turkish figs. The more you know…
In my experience this shampoo is lovely, it does a wonderful job of cleansing and stripping hair of excess oils and dirt. But, truth be told, I don’t find it an amazing product overall. I didn’t have a revelation upon shampooing my hair in the shower, as the commercials would so eloquently lead you to believe.
One thing I am very impressed with, is that I get the same squeaky clean feeling of some of my more regularly used shampoos - without the added chemicals. I love that I can get the same clean, and same feeling without putting my hair, or the environment at risk.
I’ve already used one of my coupons to purchase the full-sized line, and I’m hoping to try the Detoxifying and Illuminating lines as well - to compare.

I enjoyed this product, I used it on its own for a minimal make-up day (no other brow products), and was moderately happy with the staying power. It didn't clump on or require much cleaning up (just some product underneath my eyebrow itself after application), the colour matched well and I didn't feel like I had product on.
My eyebrows were kept in place for most of the day, as long as I didn't touch that area of my face. Although, that is to be expected of any product for the brows in liquid form.
I would recommend!

I used this as a quick and easy foundation over just concealer and it worked perfectly. It has slight pigment and coverage for a powder, and it evened my skin tone after concealer; great, quick coverage for someone on the go.
I used a fluffy brush to apply lightly, it covered evenly without any dryness or clumping. My skin felt soft/silky to the touch with this product on and the coverage lasted through the entire day. I only noticed it lacking a few hours later after some heavy wind outside.

Tried this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Normally I find mascara promotions make grandoise claims to be a revolutionary product and it turns out to be anything but. While personally I found that the "volume" side of the Double Precision Mascara definitely did not volumize my lashes, it actually provided quite the amount of length (maybe some re-branding will be necessary?).
It's a good mascara, but not great. I tend to use the same mascara for both upper and lower lashes, so it's a bit odd for me to close one end and open another for the same eye. I could get used to it though.

I really enjoy this product, the packaging is adorable (genuinely looks like a nail varnish until you open it and see the wand), the colour is bright but will be perfect for fall and it smells divine.
This product is extremely pigmented, glides on effortlessly and isn't sticky. I had to re-apply a few times throughout the day due to wear - but this is to be expected as it's not a stain or lipstick, but more of a pigmented gloss formula. Would recommend, and likely purchase other colours!

My lips feel moisturized using these, and it's a perfect addition for a simple/natural look if you want to skip the lip gloss or lipstick step in your beauty routine. Berry Tint is my favourite colour of this line, thus far. -

I received this product free to test from the Chick Advisor Product Review Club, and the smell itself should be reason enough to purchase this product - it smells good enough to eat. It doesn't leave a sticky residue like other wax products, but works best if your hair is longer (even though it's advertised as being good for short hair). I would recommend this, it's a great alternative to a salon, and much more affordable! -
