I don’t usually use neon lipstick but I thought I will give this a try . 1st of all the colour is not to bright , it doesn’t transfer onto anything like cups etc . 10/10

If u have verry dry skin I would definitely recommend this product. It smells amazing , it melts into skin so fast and it doesn’t leave oily residue. 10/10
