No one has perfectly flawless skin, but we can all create that illusion with the right concealer. We break down our members’ Top 5 concealers you must try.

Maybelline New York Mineral Power Concealer (9.99 CAD) got rave reviews for covering blemishes, not creating new ones.

Benefit Erase Paste ($26 USD) banishes undereye circles and early signs of aging.

We love Benefit Boi-ing Concealer ($19 CAD) for spot coverage of blemishes or scars.

Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer ($30 USD) gets our summertime vote because it’s waterproof and long-lasting.

Almay Clear Complexion Makeup ($9 USD) wears smooth and light, and it’s a steal of a deal.

I absolutely hate all of these concealers EXCEPT for MUF product. All of Benefit's concealers are horrible and cakey. They crease and end up magnifying the concealed area instead of concealing as it should. Smashbox's HD concealer isn't bad for under the eyes, but only if you have very little discoloration. For very red spots or very dark under eye circles, forget about it. I own it, so I know. I also have MUF's concealer and use it far more often. But, as always, I MUST use a silicone primer under the concealer when used under my eyes, the exception being Smashbox's HD product because oit is already loaded with the stuff. If not, even MUF's concealer cakes and creases just like all the other ones. That is the ONLY area of my body on which I will use a silicone based product. Silicones are just SO BAD for the skin and hair it's unbelievable.

Smashbox actually makes a fantastic coverup. Stays in place and covers fabulously. Just started it and will definitely buy it again. Though I prefer the price point of the Maybelline, it just didn't stay on all day.
