Last month we invited a select group of ChickAdvisor members to a VIP cooking class featuring Canadian Cheese. Not surprisingly, it was a fantastic event and everyone went home with full bellies and a stack of beautiful recipes to make at home.

Learning, prepping, tasting, feasting! For more event pictures, check out our gallery.

We want to share some of that culinary wonderfulness with you, and so we're thrilled to offer all of our readers free downloads of these delicious recipes! Each features a different Canadian cheese made from 100% Canadian milk. Remember to look for the 100% Canadian Milk symbol whenever you're shopping for cheese - this confirms the Canadian origin of the milk, renowned for its high quality, purity and great taste.

Cheese is AMAZING! If anyone is ever in British Columbia, head to Smits & Co.w cheese near Abbotsford/Chilliwack!

Fresh, homemade (from their own adorable goats) gouda and soft goat cheese mmm.. Pesto is definitely the best flavour, but don't be shy to try things like Curry, or Cumin! DELICIOUS!
