Unlike other mineral sunscreens, the formula of this cream was so good! It was very light and felt silky on the skin and didn’t cling onto dry patches. I was hoping for this to work but just like every other mineral sunscreen, this left an apparent white cast on me. Although it’s not too bad and makeup on top can make it work for me. This is great for sensitive skin. -

I got to try Brilliant Peony and I loved it! It’s a very clean light floral with hints of musk. It’s mostly a soft and sweet peony scent which is one of my favourite notes. This is a very skin like scent which doesn’t project or overwhelm so it’s great for everyday / workplace. I wouldn’t say it’s long lasting as I couldn’t smell it on me after a few hours of wear. This is definitely going to be one of my spring scents 🌸

This Flawless finishing touch facial hair remover is the perfect device to have in a makeup kit. I learnt it the hard way after spending quite a lot on waxing and plucking facial hair, often times injuring and ruining my skin in the process. Now I can’t go a week without these facial hair removers.
This device has literally been a lifesaver in terms of everyday touch ups and smooth skin. The procedure is painless because it removes hair precisely similar to shaving. It’s battery operated and not too loud. I like the sleek design which makes it look like a lipstick in my makeup bag.
A lot of us are worried about facial hair growing back thicker and darker after shaving but I can assure you that doesn’t happen. I was also worried about breakouts on skin but thankfully that never happened either 😌

Aveeno lotions have been my favourite for years now and this new Tone + Texture line is amazing as well. This lotion is for those of us who have uneven skin texture, rough bumps and chicken skin (KP) because it’s formulated with 4% PHA which is a very gentle chemical exfoliant. I have been using it for a while now and have already noticed smoother skin on my arms. The texture is light, moisturizing and does not feel greasy. However, my only issue is with the smell of this lotion. Although it claims to be fragrance free, the smell of the prebiotic oat ingredient is quite apparent. To me it smells slightly sour so I combine another lotion with it for a better experience. -

I was a little skeptical when I saw this Aveeno Positively Radiant Gel Moisturizer with shimmer in it. The cream itself has a light gel texture which was perfect for my oily skin. It was hydrating and moisturizing enough that I didn’t need to reapply throughout the day. It blends into skin beautifully however I was worried about the mica particles in it expecting it will look like I have highlighter all over my face. Instead it left a very subtle illuminated finish, almost like the skin is glowing from within. I did not notice any tone up or brightening effect on me yet. This would be perfect to use under makeup for a natural dewy look. -

The patches were thicker and heavier than others hence I had to try them on at night. I had a painful pimple with a visible pus point when I decided to try it out. I left it overnight and the patch stuck really well. When I tried to remove it the next morning, it actually popped open the pimple. I put another one on after cleaning the pus and this helped in preventing further infection and hyperpigmentation. It does what it says by protecting the skin from picking and causing scars. These are very visible on skin or under makeup so they’re not great for daytime use. -

The patches were thicker and heavier than others hence I had to try them on at night. I had a painful pimple with a visible pus point when I decided to try it out. I left it overnight and the patch stuck really well. When I tried to remove it the next morning, it actually popped open the pimple. This gel is better used to prevent acne rather than a solution for existing breakouts. It’s a slightly thick and balm like formula that contains finely milled 5% benzoyl peroxide which acts as an antibacterial agent. I love this stuff! I’ve been applying this regularly on my problematic areas and the breakouts didn’t get a chance to start. I also used this as a spot treatment on a pimple and it disappeared within 3 days. -

This face wash contains 5% micornized benzoyl peroxide that kills the acne causing bacteria on skin. The texture is milky like an emulsion and it does not foam no matter how much I lather. I apply this all over my face and wait a couple minutes to let it work. It’s easy to rinse off and didn’t leave my skin squeaky dry. -
