It’s a cute and portable trimmer for removing peach fuzz from the face. I love that it comes with a mirror cap, LED light and a cleaning brush. It’s also relatively quiet and easy to clean. This effectively removed even the tiniest hair without any pain or irritation. I’ve waited a few weeks after using it and didn’t get any breakouts.🥳
I’m so glad I got to try this device because now it’s a staple for me. After removing all the peach fuzz, my skin looked brighter and smoother overall.
Unfortunately it’s not rechargeable but comes with 2 AA batteries and a 2 year warranty from Philips.

I’m always eager and excited to try new products but it’s rare for me to find something that I really love and would repurchase. If there is one cream that I would recommend to anyone who wants to start using retinol, it’s this @lorealparis Revitalift Pressed Night Cream with Retinol and Niacinamide.
This totally deserves the #topratedbeauty tag. It’s a supplementary cream to use along with a stronger retinol serum. However, if you’re just beginning and don’t want the dryness/irritation from retinol, then this alone is perfect! I love the packaging, super convenient and hygienic. Comes in a press pump so your hands don’t come in contact with all the product in the jar, also retains the freshness and potency of the cream as it’s not exposed to light/air. I think this should be the standard design for all jar creams 😤
The cream has a rich gel texture that’s very moisturizing and soothing. It has the signature retinol yellow tinge to it. It’s unsceneted and non-comedogenic which I appreciate. I loved using this cream every night on my face and neck. It’s deeply nourishing without being greasy/heavy and minimized the drying side effect of retinol completely. I used this for 2 weeks along with the serum and I’m amazed at the results. My skin has visibly improved, reduced texture, fine lines and overall brighter. Honestly, such a great cream!

@lorelparis Revitalift Night Serum with Pure Retinol (0.3%) is a #topratedbeauty product and a great serum for beginner retinol users. It’s best to slowly incorporate it into your routine rather than using it everyday. It has a light yellow milky texture with a slight chemical scent. It’s easy to use because it absorbs into skin without leaving any oily or heavy feeling. Due to the low strength, this serum wasn’t too irritating on my skin however I did experience some tingling and over all sensitization. I focused on using other soothing and barrier repair products during the morning to quickly heal my skin. I’ve noticed a visible difference in my skin. It looks brighter, smoother and my hyperpigmentation is fading quicker than other times. It didn’t dry or break out my skin so I will continue to use it for another month to see best results.

L’Oréal Brow Stylist Definer has been my constant favourite eyebrow pencil for years now. I was running low on mine so this replenish from @lorealparis arrived just in time! I haven’t tried too many eyebrow pencils because when I found this, I stuck with it since then😆 It’s a #topratedbeauty product ✨
The formula is really creamy and it just glides on skin, no dry pencil tip or tugging on skin! It has an ultra fine tip which allows precise control while drawing tiny eyebrow hair. I love the colour because it’s a cool dark brunette shade (perfect for me). It’s super easy to blend with the attached spoolie brush, the result is natural looking brows in seconds!

I’ve tried a lot of drugstore foundations till now. While they were good enough, they still had room for improvement. It was the lack of shade range or the unnatural finish that made me look into expensive brands. However, little did I know that this @lorealparis Infalliable foundation existed! It has become my favourite drugstore foundation from the first time I tried it.
Why is it so good and what makes this a #topratedbeauty product? It’s everything about it. The texture is a really thin liquid that is easy to spread and blend into skin. Because of the lightweight formula, it glides on skin without feeling heavy or cakey. It does not dry down immediately so I had plenty of time to blend it and let it set. Did I mention that it’s waterproof, sweat proof and transfer proof? The colour doesn’t oxidize either so it looks fresh for up to 24H. I didn’t test that claim as I don’t want makeup on my face for 24H. However, it held on and passed my water splash test!
It has buildable medium coverage which is how I want my foundations to be. The light formula is hydrating and didn’t cling onto dry patches around my nose/mouth or accentuate fine lines. It has a slight perfume scent which I enjoyed. The best part is, the finish looks very natural almost like a second skin. It’s my skin but better and glowy. I got a pretty good shade match (although not 100% accurate) as there are 30 shades to choose from.

The serum is very viscous and thick but it’s easily absorbed. It leaves skin feeling smooth and hydrated with a healthy glow. However, the fragrance is too strong and it gives me a headache after use. I wish it came unscented for a better experience. -

I have never tried bar shampoos before hence I was very intrigued by this experience. I was always very supportive of the concept of reducing plastic waste in any way possible. These shampoo bars come in a cardboard box and the use of plastic in this product is 0% which is amazing! It’s also made with 94% plant based ingredients and free from soap, silicones and animal based ingredients. If stored properly in a dry tray, this bar can last upto 2 months!
Using this bar was such a treat because it smells SO GOOD! I was surprised because not even my bottle shampoos have such a strong and nice scent. The Oat delicacy bar especially has a very sweet, soft and dreamy scent.
I was also shocked at how easy it was to use. Simply rubbing it on wet scalp lathered the product. I was always skeptical of bar shampoos because I thought they wouldn’t lather or clean my oily scalp adequately but boy I was wrong! The lather was rich and my scalp was squeaky clean. However, it left my hair a bit too dry for my liking (conditioner fixed it) and I wish it was more moisturizing instead. Overall, I loved how my hair felt and smelled all day.

After testing out this sachet I wish I had more of this. It claims to be a moisturizer + primer which hydrates skin for up-to 72 hours and it surely delivered. I loved the clean and fresh scent of the product and the light blue colour. The texture was not anything like a typical gel moisturizer rather it felt like a hybrid between a gel and a primer. I haven’t put on makeup after this so I can’t comment on it’s efficacy as a primer but my skin did feel very smooth to the touch after application.
I love that the line is also vegan and cruelty free.

It has the texture of a creamy gel which doesn't lather too much. Is it weird if I find that this cleanser smells like freshly baked bread? I love it though. The cleanser feels like a dream to work with. My skin felt clean and moisturized at the same time (which is very rare). It was not harsh or stripping, I didn't have any dry patches around my nose or chin. I loved how comfortable my skin felt using this cleanser, I can't praise this enough. If the bottle wasn't this humongous (473ml), I'd repurchase this without a second thought but this is probably going to last me a lifetime lol. I might use this as a body cleanser too for bacne. I would 10/10 recommend this for oily, acne prone, sensitive skin. -

I'm not a makeup wipe person mostly because I find wipes very wasteful and inadequate in removing makeup but none can argue about their convenience. Hence I'm so happy to see that these wipes are 100% plant based and home compostable, now I won't feel as bad using them once in a while. I love micellar water for removing makeup and these wipes did a great job. It didn't leave behind any greasy or sticky residue like most wipes. Overall, I think this is a win! -
