Love Bright Crystal! It's one of a few fragrances that you will never get tired of wearing. Sexy, sophisticated, fresh and feminine without that sugary sweet scent which I feel is too common in many women's perfumes.

Dior J'adore Perfume
This is definitely one of my favorite perfumes. It works well with my body chemistry (some either end up smelling too sweet afterwards or fade quickly). It's a classic feminine and alluring scent and I always get compliments when I wear it. J'adore!

Oil of oregano is a must for a quick natural remedy to prevent and lessen the symptoms of cold and flu. Natural Factors is a Canadian company so I also like to support this brand. Around 4-5 drops in a little water 3-5X daily at the onset of a cold will deter it. In general, o.o.o. has one of the oldest well documented research for herbal products and is also effective for stomach upset for minor g/i issues. When I used to eat sushi with seafood, I would take some o.o.o. as a natural antibiotic to kill off any minor potential microorganisms that may create problems. -

I am a shiatsu therapist and it's one of the products I have recommended over the years with great success. When I have recommended this to clients, especially ones who are seniors and at risk for infection, many have said their doctors recommend this to them as well. Keep in your first aid cabinet. Their eye/eardrops are also excellent and will clear things up quickly. -

L'oreal's sulfate free shampoo is a new product. I just had my hair coloured and wanted to find a product to help extend/protect the colour and without sulfate. I really like this shampoo, I bought the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and it's great. My hair feels smooth, natural, no greasy look from the conditioner andit stays pretty much tangle free. I talked to the store clerk and she said she and her daughter use it and it's been getting good reviews from customers too. -
