Nature's Path Cereals are wholesome and many are gluten free. The millet rice cereal has a pleasant slightly sweet nutty taste. It's easy to digest and gluten free. I like most of their cereals, corn, flax, heritage o's (if I want a more filling breakfast) and multigrain. I find even alot of healthstore brand cereals are still too sweet for me, and I like their cereals because they are mildly sweet and natural tasting. Throw in a banana or some almonds a bit of yogurt, hemp or soy milk and you're good to go for the a.m. -

Smooth and rich dark chocolate with a hint of sweet/tartness from the raspberries. You can find it at specialty stores, and health food stores. Nice packaging, and a good little gift for friends. -

This is a very good natural toothpaste which you can get at Whole Foods, Choices or some Indian grocery stores. It is gentle and uses an ayurvedic herbal formula. I'm pretty sensitive to herbs and have never had any adverse reaction whereas I have had some reaction to Tom's and Colgate. The taste is mild and pleasant and leaves your mouth feeling fresh without all the harsh additives. -

I've also used their other lipsticks in the past, no problems, but again, recently another lip sensitivity issue after using one of their other lipsticks. :( Probably ok for most gals but not if you are skin sensitive. -

The scents aren't heavy and this product doesn't have any parabens and uses organic sunflower oil, coconut oil etc. It feels thick at first but penetrates the skin without leaving any greasy feeling. Their liquid hand soaps are nice too. -
