In my 40’s, I still get blemishes and breakout. These easy to use patches make it much easier to help with those pesky pimples. They come with 40 patches; 20 in small and 20 in large.
Made with salicylic acid, centella and green tea extract, these thin patches blend well onto the skin and made it easy to wear all day. They never felt tight, caused any kind of irritation and they stayed in place very well. Because they were made for all day wear, you can even apply one under makeup.
These patches help exfoliate the dead skin, absorb impurities and stop you from bothering your blemishes. After you’re done wearing it, simply peel off the patch and notice the softer, smoother skin.
Overall, they were very easy to use, to throw into my purse, to use with my makeup without being noticeable and stopped me from worsening my blemishes. They’re discreet, caused no dryness and worked well on my skin. I would recommend these(easy to grab at Shoppers Drug Mart or Walmart!) and also buy them myself. Thank you PanOxyl.

Who doesn’t love a refreshing, fruity treat in the summer? I have always been a fan of Chapmans and I love strawberries, so I was very excited to try this. I was not disappointed.
Creamy, soft and smooth, made with natural flavours and colours, this frozen yogurt is delicious. It’s made with high quality ingredients and you get the taste of strawberry in every bite. I like that it’s sweet without tasting artificial and just the right amount of tartness.
Lighter than regular ice creams, it only has 160 calories and 3 grams of fat for a 188ml serving! It’s perfect alone, in a milkshake or as the base of a smoothie or protein shake.
One of the best parts as a consumer is that not only is it Canadian made, it comes in a full 2L tub, full to the top. Full value for your money. There’s nothing not to love here. Chapmans has been making quality products for a long time and this is one of them. I would definitely buy this again and if you’re a fan of strawberry, you will be too

Even in my 40’s, still I breakout. These are the perfect little patches to help with that, coming with 21 patches in small, medium and large.
These patches are very easy to apply and ultra thin. They blended quite well into my skin that at times, it wasn’t even noticeable I had one on. Using them overnight, they don’t feel tight against the skin and they stay in place very well.
These patches are very easy to use. Make your sure face is cleansed and dried. Apply a patch to the area for 6-8 hours and that’s it!
These patches are especially great for helping those touch or pick at their blemishes, which I have been guilty of doing myself. Infused with tea tree oil and Cica, it helps soothe and refresh your skin. It also contains salicylic acid, which helps exfoliate. When I would pull a patch off, I would notice how much softer the skin felt in that area and the improvement in redness.
These patches worked great on my sensitive, acne prone skin. They were also very easy to store a few in my purse to take anywhere I go. I definitely recommend giving these a try. They were high quality and made my skin feel great.
Thank you Thursday Plantation and congratulations on your 50 year anniversary! They are the original tea tree oil, born on a Thursday! Way to go! You can’t beat that kind of track record, so I would highly recommend giving them and all of their products a try!

I have been taking this supplement on a regular basis since I received them and I believe I have noticed the positive differences. This is an easy to take supplement, 2 soft gels, 1-2 times daily with meals. The capsules are a little large, however they are soft and I found they were very easy to take. There was also never a weird or unpleasant fishy aftertaste.
These are high quality Omega 3 capsules and also very affordable. With ingredients like fish oil(from anchovy), EPA and DHA, these capsules are great for heart, brain, and joint health. They are also easy on the stomach when taking them.
Packaged in Guelph, Ontario, this bottle is made from post-consumer recycled plastic. You can purchase these excellent, high quality capsules at health food stores in Canada and just as easily online at health food retailers. I would definitely recommend giving these a try.

I suffer with chronic pain daily and am always looking for alternative ways to get pain relief. Myoflex has really helped make a difference. Targeted relief for muscle and joint pain, this Canadian made product goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly and leaves no sticky mess or residues.
This has definitely become a go to product in my house for pain relief. I personally use it on my knees and my back and the relief I feel is instant and long lasting. It is very easy to use. It’s a thick cream that you simply apply to the area needing the relief and let it dry, which is very quick. It’s menthol free and there’s no scent at all.
It is deep penetrating and starts working pretty instantly. I found that I didn’t need to apply it over and over all day, maybe once, which is amazing for a cream. I have already repurchased this product and would definitely recommend this cream to anyone. You can buy Myoflex at your local pharmacies and online at Amazon.ca and Exzellshop.com.

PanOxyl is a great brand and this product only solidified that more for both my husband and I.
Both in our 40s, we still get mild to moderate breakouts. This acne wash has become a real lifesaver and now in the list of acne products we will continue to purchase.
Both my husband and I have combination, sensitive skin and we found this to be gentle, hydrating and soothing. It is free from scent, parabens and phthalates and didn’t cause dryness, redness or irritation.
This is a gel to foam wash that lathers up really nicely. You can really feel the deep clean your skin is getting while it helps cleanse your pores and wash away dirt and oil.
Using it consistently for the last couple of weeks(I used it once daily, my husband twice), we both saw improvements in our skin. It helped reduce redness, prevented breakouts and both of us had noticeably smoother, moisturized and hydrated skin.
This has become a definite holy grail for me when it comes to acne washes. I absolutely recommend it if you want to help your acne and feel more confident in your skin.

What a great alternative to pork bacon. With 85% less fat than regular pork side bacon, 35 calories per piece and 5 grams of protein, this would make a great addition to any meal or snack. They are very easy to make; the stove or microwave is recommended, but I also used my air fryer. No matter how you choose to heat them, it takes less than 10 mins before you have healthy, yummy turkey bacon. My favorite way to enjoy it was a BLT style sandwich. The only downside I would say for me is I like extra crispy bacon and I had a hard time getting that texture, no matter how long I cooked it. Having said that, I would still buy it and definitely recommend it as a healthy alternative because it tastes good, it’s easy to make and it’s so versatile. A definite winner for turkey.

I really liked these turkey hot dogs. They make a tasty alternative to beef or pork and are really yummy in the air fryer. They’re very quick to make, 5-8 mins in the air fryer and they come out plump, juicy and with that bit of crisp like on a barbecue. They’re gluten free, made with 100% turkey meat and have 7 grams of protein per hot dog. I will buy these again and I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a healthy hot dogs alternative.

Having sensitive skin, this is the perfect solution. Made with organic aloe, it never caused any redness, irritation, breakouts or rashes and with SPF 50, I felt confident that it was keeping me protected anytime I was outside.
It goes on very easily. Holding it about 4-6 inches from you, you give it a good shake, spray it all over your body and rub it in. If you want it on your face, spray it into your hands first and then apply it to your face.
It is very lightweight and absorbs quickly once applied. It does leave a bit of white cast while you’re spraying, but once rubbed in, it does not linger. There is no overpowering ‘sunscreen smell’, it’s not sticky, tacky and doesn’t leave behind any greasiness or oily residues.
Overall, I liked this sunscreen. I liked that it was a spray and not a lotion. My skin felt soft when I applied it and it really worked on my sensitive skin. It was easy to apply and reapply, easy to pack into everything from a purse to luggage and worked well doing everything from backyard work to camping. A definite recommend.

Thank you Butterly for the opportunity to try Swiss Natural Menolibrium herbal relief therapy capsules. Unfortunately, this is not a product for me. Starting with the packaging, it tells you what the herbal medicinal ingredients are but not exactly what they do. They give you a general overview of the symptoms they are supposed to relieve, but not being familiar with all herbal ingredients, the words meant nothing to me without context. It would have been nice to see “ingredient X helps hot flashes”, for example.
Next, the instructions say to take 1 capsule twice a day. This is very vague to me. When? With food or without? Take it with a certain liquid or steer clear of certain liquids, like grapefruit juice? Can I use this in conjunction with current herbal supplements or my other prescription medications?
I could have looked over all of this if I felt relief in any aspect of what they claim to help with. Quoting from Amazon, it is “clinically proven to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, including hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia, insomnia, nervousness, melancholia, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness.” For me, I did not see relief from any of these. In fact, it seemed to increase my insomnia, fatigue, and night sweats.
I wish I had had more success with this product, but it had no effect on me and it would not be something I bought or recommended.
