I always look forward to the end of summer as it allows me more time to slow down and one of my favorite ways to slow down is to take time to indulge in some self care!
I recently tried the @neostratacanada Pure Hyaluronic Acid Biocellulose Sheet Mask. This sheet mask is filled with hyaluronic acid, derived from nourishing coconut water, to help replenish skin's moisture. The biocellulose matrix is form-fitting to the skin to help with absorption. This replenishing treatment will cool and provide intense hydration to plump and smooth the look of skin.
I found it easy to apply although not the best fit for my face. I prefer sheet masks that are cut into two as I find they tend to fit better. You could cut this sheet mask into two pieces yourself but that really defeats the purpose of a sheet mask that boasts that it is form-fitting. I left the sheet mask on for 15 minutes and then massaged the excess formulation into my skin and neck.
My skin looks much more hydrated and plump and has a nice glow to it from using this sheet mask. I will definitely be picking up more of these to have in hand for other self care moments!

It absorb well although with it being a mineral sunscreen it did leave a slight white cast, even on my porcelain skin tone. I have acne-prone skin and enjoyed that this did not break me out!

I like to apply two-three pumps between my hands, rub them together, and apply evenly from the ends of my damp hair up to the roots. I've been applying this two times a week and have noticed a huge difference in the smoothness and softness of my hair. It also doesn't weigh my hair down and it smells great!

I knew I was in for a good cup of coffee as soon as I opened this package of Captain's Blend Medium Roast Coffee and smelled the rich aroma. I added the recommended number of tablespoons per 150 ml of water and drooled while I waited for it to brew in my coffee maker. I have to admit that this is the most perfect medium blend I have tasted! It's smooth and flavorful with a hint of nuttiness. Maybe Ocean Air REALLY does make the coffee smoother, richer, and less bitter as I barely needed to add any sweetener or creamer to my cup of coffee!

This is my review for Arm & Hammer HardBall Clumping Litter. I will not be purchasing this litter myself as my cat and I both did not enjoy it. I've tried several different cat litters over the years and this is the only one my cat refused to poop in. To start off, I did not like the scent of the litter and I did not find it helped with the odor of cat urine. My cat only used his litter box twice to pee when it had this litter in it. I didn't notice any clumping at all when I scooped the litter where he had peed. When I scooped it was almost like a large fluffy pancake versus a hard ball/clump like his usual litter. I found this to be almost more wasteful as it took out more litter. Since he only peed in the litter box that meant he pooped on my bathroom floor instead. I'm not sure if it was the scent or texture of the litter that he did not like? Unfortunately, since he can't speak I can't ask him for his thoughts. I also noticed him grooming himself more than usual after he used the litter box to pee in which concerns me as the litter is very very fine and I have concerns about it sticking to his fur and him ingesting it while he grooms himself. Sadly, when I removed this litter and added his usual, he immediately got into his litter box and went to the bathroom which made my feel like a bad pet parent as he clearly did not like this Arm & Hammer HardBall Clumping Litter. This was mine and my cat's experience with this particular litter and you may have a totally different experience as every cat is different.

I found it sprayed on nicely and didn't leave any residue. I highly recommend this body spray if you tend to suffer from body acne!

I have been using this mouthwash twice daily before brushing and flossing my teeth. Yes, before, as I use a high fluoride toothpaste that I do not want being washed away by a mouth wash that's only purpose is to fight bad breath. Does it do the job? Yes, I do not experience bad breath. I like the icy mint flavor and that it doesn't does burn as mouthwashes that contain alcohol do but will it replace what I currently use for mouth wash? Absolutely not. I would be interested in trying the other Therabreath oral rinses but this specific oral rinse gets a hard pass from me. It's 2025 and your mouthwash should be able to do more than one thing. -
Listerine® Total Care Zero Alcohol Free Mouthwash
I love adding this mouthwash in between flossing and brushing my teeth as it has great benefits and helps provide a whole mouth clean feeling. I like the mild mint flavor and the less intense taste from it being alcohol free.

Lubriderm® Advanced Moisture Therapy Lotion
This lotion is so creamy and not heavy or greasy. It's easily absorbed into the skin leaving it feeling clean and hydrated. this along with the body lotion have helped with the itchiness I experience due to my eczema.

I love how gentle this body wash is! The formula containing pro-ceremide, vitamin E, and pro-vitamin B5, is so soothing and hydrating. The body wash lathers quite nicely and left my skin soft and hydrated. I like that it's fragrance free as fragrance can trigger my eczema. This along with the lotion has really helped with the itchiness of my eczema. -
