Life has been hard this year, we were so excited because we were expecting a baby, but at 37.5 weeks we lost the baby. it has been hard for sure, but thanks to my husband and daughter and my other family we are getting though it. life will never be the same but as they say life goes on, and that is what we are teaching ourselves every day. even though life is hard, just breath, 1 breath, 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 day, and soon it will be 1 month, and then 1 year, and before you know it life has a new routine and it does go on.
