I feel very lucky to have been chosen to test out the L'Oreal Professional Intense Shampoo and Repair Masque. The first thing I did when they both arrived was open them up to take a sniff. The scent was amazing. Reminded me of when I go to the hairdressers.
I have been using these products since the day they arrived, and I really like them. My hair smells great, of course, but its less frizzy, no noticeable split ends, my hair feels soft and strong, not brittle or dry. I really love this product, my only issue would be with the price, as its way out of the budget that I have for hair care products unfortunately. It might be something that I could treat myself with, but not something I could afford to buy on a regular basis, or use as my regular shampoo.
Other than the price, I highly recommend this. Its certainly done wonders for my hair. Alberta winters are harsh, and my skin and hair normally take a beating.

The first thing I did when the L'Oreal Professional Intense Repair Shampoo and Mask showed up at my door was to open it up and smell it. Amazing. Reminds me of a summer's day, maybe a hint of watermelon? Whatever it is, it smells great and I couldn't wait to wash my hair! My hair is very dry, can get brittle, so I was hopeful that this is something that would help. I am so impressed with the results! My hair not only smells nice, but its soft, its not frizzy, it feels great! I really love this product.
I don't like that I have to stop the shower and towel dry my hair (according to the directions) before applying the mask and having to wait for 3 minutes (I am a busy mom and don't have much time to shower) but the results are amazing. The price is a little out of my price range however, so its not a product I would be able to buy on a regular basis, but certainly something to keep on hand for the dry Alberta winters that we have.

I received this product free through a promotion when Garnier was first bringing out their ultra-lift line on the market. I went into the 2 week challenge open minded, but sceptical that it would really make any difference to my face. I don't have a lot of wrinkles, but I do have some fine lines around my eyes that bug me, so I figured I had nothing to lose by trying this for the 2 weeks. To my amazement, it WORKED! Garnier Anti-Wrinkle Firming cream helped improve the lines around my eyes, improved the texture of my skin, and improvement my appearance. I already looked young for my age, and now my eyes do to! I have since bought several of the Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle products, and have never been happier with my skin care regiment. And best of all, these are affordable and not over priced, so they fit into my budget. What more can I ask for? A product that not only works, but that I can afford. Its like I hit the jackpot. I would recommend this any one of my friends or family members, and anyone else who will listen. -

I have been a Dove girl for years, but never more so than now. I am so happy with Dove's new Nutritive Therapy Nourishing Oil Care Daily Treatment Conditioner, I'm not sure I even have the words to describe how happy I am. Simply put, I love this product. Having 5 kids has been rough on my hair. My hair used to be just naturally soft and healthy and I didn't have to do much to it. Now, my hair dries out easy, frizzes up if I don't condition it, and breaks and gets split ends easily especially in the dry climate of Alberta that I live in. After using this product for a short time, my hair texture improved. No new split ends have occurred since my last haircut, my hair is less frizzy, softer to the touch and easier to take care of. Most importantly, my hair looks and feels healthy, and smells great too. A wonderful addition to the Dove hair care family, and I would recommend it to anyone who want to have hair as nice as mine. -

I was lucky enough to receive NuAngel Washable Nursing Pads as a gift from a friend shortly after having my 5th child. I had never even considered washable pads, and used disposable ones with all my other children. I quickly ditched the disposable nursing pads after trying these though. the NuAngel Nursing Pads fit in my bra better, they were more confortable, protected me from leaks better and the difference between these and all the disposable ones I have tried are night and day. I can't believe I used the disposables as long as I did. They never fit right, they never completely protected me from leaks, and they rarely stayed in place. The washable NuAngel Pads were soft against skin, caused me no irritation (even in the early stages of breastfeeding when I was very sore), and most days I forgot I was even wearing them until it was time to nurse my baby. They washed well, and held up well even after being washed over and over. I would recommend these to any breastfeeding mom, or mom to be. -

There is something to be said for using the products that were used on you as a baby. My mom used Johnson's baby shampoo on me, and I have used it on all 5 of my kids. The smell is reassuring, makes me think of simpler times when life just wasn't so complicated. It makes me feel like I'm being a good mom using this product on my kids, and I really do love the smell. It truly is gentle on my children's eyes, cleans their hair great, doesn't irritate their scalp or skin, and leaves them smelling wonderful, and just the way a baby should smell. There is no question as to why hospitals still use this product on newborns. It is simply the best there is. -

What can I say? I used this on my son and even though its meant for kids, and has a high SPF rating, he burned to a crisp. In less than 15 minutes. He is very pale, so when I went to buy sunscreen I was very careful and went with brands that were highly recommended to me by family, friends and my doctor. This one was incredibly disappointing, and left my son at risk! Less than 15 minutes in the sun, and he was noticeably red. Once his burn was gone, I immediately switched to a different brand of sunscreen, and he hasn't burned since. In my opinion, Banana Boat is an ineffective, overpriced product. I would recommend that anyone thinking about buying this product stop, and buy something else instead. This was a definite let down, and I won't make the mistake of purchasing it again. -
