I’m pretty particular about peelers, and I cook a lot, so I’m very pleased this one really hit the mark!
The smooth handle has a great feel in the hand and is easy to grip, at the top there’s a little potato “eye” remover, and the blade itself is nice and sharp and peels very smoothly.
I used this on sweet potato which has a pretty firm peel, and it came right up. My only quibble is that the blade flicked some peel onto the potato as I was peeling.
I also love that the handle is made of 90% recycled material, it’s little details like that that are an added bonus. The grey colour is really chic, I love the green as well.
It also comes with a plastic blade cover for when it’s stored so you don’t slice yourself on that lovely sharp blade! Well done, Paderno!

Got to work replacing some old cracked and crazed caulking around the bathtub today, this DAP Alex plus went into the crack smoothly, was easy to wipe away when I made a boo-boo, and will hopefully provide the watertight seal I need, since the previous caulking allowed quite a bit of nasty gunge in behind it. I liked how the nozzle was marked for cutting how wide of a bead you wanted to dispense, and was easy to use, even for a relative newbie like me. Caulking is smooth and clean, and after 12 hours curing it should be good for me to hop in the shower today to test it out!

And I can honestly say, so far so good!
It’s clinically proven to reduce ear infections and respiratory infections, and it’s already making a difference in the severity of the phlegmy cough my daughter has been nursing for weeks.
My kids both enjoy the flavour and make absolutely no fuss (in face are quite eager) when they take it each morning. If we can make it to Christmas without any new illnesses I will be a convert for life!

Excited to try these Band-aid Pro-heal bandaids on my next blister! I’m a huge fan of hydrocolloid patches for acne being and I feel like these will be wonderful at hydrating and soothing any cuts or scrapes underneath.
Not to mention, Band-aid is the brand I’ve always come to trust when it comes to keeping my wounds clean and most importantly, staying ON, which is where the waterproof function of these bandaids is great! I was gifted these in exchange for my honest review!

I was gifted this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I noticed I had some whiteheads and redness the night before a wedding, so I put one these over all three before bed, and when I woke up, the redness was completely gone! I love that the patches are large enough to put over more than one blemish. They are so soft and almost invisible, my partner didn’t even notice I was wearing one. I’d definitely use these on some of my post-acne blemishes on my back to see how they fade those marks.

I can’t eat sweet or fried foods like I used to, so now I boost my body’s ability to digest these treats by taking a digestive enzyme or two before I indulge. These taste great and are easy to take, since they’re chewable. Even kids could use these! I had other digestive enzymes that were so large and awful tasting I’d choke every time I tried to swallow them.
I love that they are a simple formula of just papaya enzyme, in a high strength, with no artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners, dairy, soy, yeast and they’re vegetarian!
Definitely will come back to this formula again whenever I’m going to treat myself!

Definitely going to have this one in my cabinet to help my kids sleep during their coughs and sniffles!
