I received this bottle of Swiss natural Menolibrium with EstroG-100 almost one month ago and I have been using it daily as directed. I take one in the morning with breakfast and the second one in the evening with dinner. I like that this is an all natural herbal relief therapy and can honestly say I've noticed some menopause relief in my joint pain, hot flashes/ night sweats, itchy ears and insomnia. I'm on my last week of these and will definitely be continuing using them in my daily routine.
