Did it relieve all my symptoms, no. Did it relieve my worst ones yes. I have slept through the night without waking up like I'm in a furnace. I don't wake up in a puddle of sweat. I do t think I've been on it long enough to feel the full benefits. I will continue to take it to experience more of the benefits.

RELIEF FINALLY

I received this bottle of Swiss natural Menolibrium with EstroG-100 almost one month ago and I have been using it daily as directed. I take one in the morning with breakfast and the second one in the evening with dinner. I like that this is an all natural herbal relief therapy and can honestly say I've noticed some menopause relief in my joint pain, hot flashes/ night sweats, itchy ears and insomnia. I'm on my last week of these and will definitely be continuing using them in my daily routine.

Sticks to dry mouth

I possess many of the classic symptoms of menopause but it's highly unlikely that I am in that stage of my life due to my age. But if there are lazy ways to try to regulate or diminish the symptoms, I'm all for trying! The bottle comes with 80% filled clear capsules with a grainy brown substance that looks like sawdust. My biggest con for these is that the capsules stick to a dry mouth and it frequently caused me to gag because it would be stuck to the top or back of my mouth. I think it would require more time to determine if there have been any differences in menopause symptoms and so far I haven't noticed any.

good little helper

I just started taking Swiss Natural Menolibrium to deal with some of the fun stuff that comes with perimenopause—like mood swings, night sweats, and trouble sleeping. So far, I’m pretty happy with it. The pills are easy to take, and I haven’t had any weird side effects. I like that it’s herbal (it has things like black cohosh and chasteberry), which makes it feel like a more natural option. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I already feel a bit more balanced emotionally, and the night sweats aren’t as intense. Still early, but I’m hopeful this will continue to help.
