The Dark Chocolate coconut Bar came along and bumped this one to 2nd place. I eat theses bars, this brand only, because of the low sugar and fat content. this flavor is good for a switch but I love, love the dark chocolate coconut one best. I have tried several of their other flavors and just don't like any of them. I even ordered some of the fruit ones online but they just don't measure up to this one and the DCC! I will buy this one when I can't find the DCC and in case you didn't know, they are cheapest by the box and the bar in WalMart. -

I had ridges in my nails and they were brittle and breaking. I bought some of this and in 2 weeks the ridges had begun to smooth out and now they are completely gone and I have a good length. They do not crack and split now and are not soft like they were. Between taking 3 of these a day and using Sally Hanson nail hardener, my nails are pretty again.
I am adding a picture because if you know what you are looking for, it will be easier to find. I get these at Walmart for a low price of $5.88, very well worth the price! they are in the pharmacy section with all the vitamins and supplements and they are melt in your mouth so not a pill to swallow and wait for it to dissolve!

You can find them at Walmart in the Pharmacy section. They are cheaper in Walmart than anywhere else I have found them. I tolerate the salted caramel but it has 10 more calories and 2g more sugar and the others in this line just don't hold a candle to this dark chocolate bar! -

Rich's products are all superior to any I have ever used. They have a cd you can get that tells you all about them, how and why they were developed and all the health benefits to using them. I have been sold on them from the beginning but they do not sell in stores and do not advertise so the only way you ever hear about them id\s by word of mouth so this is my word of mouth!
