I work as a customer service desk associate at Walmart for the last few years and I have dealt with so many customers coming back with their purchased items that they are not satisfied with. I asked each one why customers why they're returning the products and I get different answers and opinionscoming from them Dealing with complaints and unhappy customers has given me more than enough experience and knowledge to give my two cents on products being reviewed in this site. I can relate to this review site due to my job experiences; as well as personal use of a lot of these products in here IF NOT ALL.
