I’m finding I lose the most (and gain the most!) when I drink alcohol. So many empty calories!! Now on a month long dry challenge. How do you keep weight off in the summer?

Thank you so much for your kindness. It really means a lot. You're very sincere. I've been sick for a long time also & have had to let go some of my clients. I haven't told this to anyone on here or Instagram. I haven't even been on Instagram or my phone for a week. It's hard not to let yourself get depressed. Thanks again. My friend.

I can't believe we're not friends on here already!!! :) Thank you so much, you're so sweet and kind. I try hard to think about what I would want to know about a product, but I probably write too much! Yeah, it's been a while for both of us, but fingers crossed we get something soon. It's up to each person to decide how much time and effort they put in. Because I've been here so long, I'll probably just keep going, but if I was well and could hold a job it'd be harder to find time.
