I absolutely loved this plant butter! I've always been interested in trying out plant based products, and am super happy I had the opportunity. I received his complimentary from chickadvisor in exchange for my honest review. It is perfect alternative to regular butter. Super rich and creamy. I used it on my toast in the mornings, and even on pasta when babysitting my niece. Both were great, and way better than the butter we usually pick up at the grocery store! Also love that it is made without GMOs, dairy, gluten, soy, and additives. Perfect for someone who cannot have these, or who are looking to cut them out. I do believe I've found my newest go to! -

This is a must have for quick acne fixes! It’s a clay like product. You only need a little to put on problem spots. I put it on at night, and sleep with it on. A little messy sometimes, so I try to let it dry a bit before going to bed. In the morning the zit is either completely flattened and dried out, or significantly smaller. It is well more than worth the minimal price it costs to pick up at shoppers drug mart. I find it works best on whiteheads (which I get quite often). I have found it to not be as effective on hormonal acne, but still good to have on hand. I will definitely be picking this up again! -

I picked this up from my local dollarama. I rarely indulge in a dairy milk bar because of how much more expensive they usually are to other chocolate bars. I was craving a bit of salty sweet, so I decided to try this bar. You have to really like the salty taste with this bar, as I found it to be overly salty. It wasn’t bad, however I could only manage to eat 3 out of the 5 pieces from the recommended serving size. I don’t personally think this is the best chocolate bar I have ever had, however don’t think it is the worst either. Probably wouldn’t pick it up again if I had other options though. -

I received this a while back from a family member. I actually found myself to really like it. It isn’t a foam, but works just as well. It makes it easier to get all of the hair when shaving, as you can tell when you’ve missed some oil (it does lather up a bit). It also leaves my legs feeling extremely soft! Way softer than I’ve ever had with any other shaving gel or cream. Overall, I definitely think it is worth the price. It lasts quite a while if you use sparingly. I will definitely be looking for this again! -

These taste awful. I have had alcoholic drinks which included light flavouring, liquor, and carbonated water, however something about this non alcoholic beverage just does not sit well with me. It doesn’t taste like cherry what so ever. Personally, I wouldn’t drink this even if I got it for free. Maybe it’s just me, but I would steer clear of this one, and just drink regular water. Better for you and tastes 10x better too. -

I received this product free to test. It is definitely different seeing as St Ives is directed more at skincare and face products to see that they now are selling hand wash too. It is advertised as moisturizing. As I wash my hands frequently, I always struggle with soreness and hand cracking. While my hands still appear to be slightly dry with over washing, I have not had much of an issue with cracking as much as I would other products, which is good. I assume it is because it is formulated with aloe Vera, which I like as a natural remedy for cracks and burns. I really liked the scent as well. It’s not overbearing, but a light coconut smell. I have already seen this product at both drug stores and dollar store, so being that it is quite a generous size, and completely affordable, I definitely see myself purchasing this again in the future! -

I got a sample size of this product from my beauty subscription box. I can quite honestly say I’ve never tried a cleanser like it before. It is like a powder that foams up when water is added to it. It is very light weight and gentle compared to that of other moisturizers in which I’ve tried. Because of this, it seems to be great for sensitive skin types. It doesn’t have much of a scent to it at all. The big issue for me is the price. Compared to that of other cleansers, it is around 2-5x the price, coming in at about $80 a bottle. Because of this, I would definitely l would kind of hesitate repurchasing. -

I received a sample of this product from my points redemption at Sephora. I have been struggling with acne breakouts on my chin, and was hoping this would help. Asked the clerk before redeeming, and she said yes. It really depends on what you’re looking for this to do for you. In my case, I had current, active acne, in addition to light acne scaring. This product helped lighten my acne scaring in a short period of time, however didn’t really do anything for my active acne. I was impressed at how light my dark spots got. I only was using it nightly for around a week before I noticed a significant difference. I could imagine long term use would do wonders if you are willing to spend the money. It also smells really fresh. Not too strong, nor chemically smelling like a lot of acne products. Price is pretty steep, so definitely be sure it is something that is aimed to fix your specific concerns before buying. If I ever need to lighten scaring in the future, I’ll definitely be looking back into this product. -
