Overview
Thursday Plantation is celebrating its 50-year anniversary as the original tea tree oil brand and as part of that celebration, I had the pleasure of testing their Patch Perfect Hydrocolloid Patches for one week.
Pros
Stickiness: The patches stick very well and stayed on overnight.
The Look: They’re thin and dang near invisible on the skin, so you can get away with wearing them during the day.
Scent: No noticeable smell which is a positive.
Cons
The Turn out: After removing the patches, there was a white spot indicating the dirt and oils got sucked out. However, after a week of use, I didn’t see any real improvement. My breakout still looked just as red and agitated as before.
Effectiveness: For me personally, the patches didn’t reduce the size or irritation of blemishes. They seemed to only pull fluid to the surface without resolving the breakout.
Final Thoughts
If you’re looking for a hydrocolloid patch with strong adhesion that hides those nasty bumps during the day, these deliver on that front. Unfortunately, actual results, they didn’t help clear or calm my breakouts after a week of use. Given Thursday Plantation’s 50 years of experience with tea tree oil, I expected more impact.
I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend them for active, inflamed breakouts based on my experience.

I had the opportunity to taste and review FERRERO ROCHER Assorted Hazelnut Chocolate Squares. I’ve always loved their original round chocolates, and I wasn’t disappointed with these square versions either. My package got a bit melted and squished in the mail, but it didn’t impact the taste at all.
Every square is wrapped individually and has a thin chocolate shell with the famous creamy hazelnut filling, roasted hazelnut pieces, and crunchy crispies inside. They’re made with nothing but the best ingredients
White Hazelnut: I am not a big fan of white chocolate; however, this was better than I expected. It’s sweet, crispy, and has a nice texture. I’d eat them again.
Milk Hazelnut: This one was smooth and creamy with that signature crispy layer. The milk chocolate is rich and delicious.
Dark Hazelnut: My FAVORITE overall of the three. The dark chocolate is bold and not overly sweet, and it’s balanced out with the hazelnut cream and crunch.
Overall, if you like chocolate and hazelnuts this is the treat for you. The texture mix of creamy, crunchy, and smooth makes them stand out like the famous Original chocolate balls. I’d buy them in the future and they’d be great for parties, gifts, or just keeping at home.

As a 43-year-old navigating perimenopause, I've been experiencing a whole whack of 'lovely' symptoms – hot flashes, fatigue, and night sweats, you name it. I had really high hopes when I started taking Weliva Cimidona, especially hearing that it's a naturally-sourced, hormone-free option and approved by Health Canada. Super easy to take just one pill a day.
I took it for the full two months, as I know these things can take time to work. Unfortunately, even after sticking with it, I honestly haven't noticed any significant changes in my hot flashes, night sweats, or fatigue. While I appreciate the natural approach, it just didn't provide the relief I was looking for. It's disappointing when you're hoping a product could help to ease these kinds of symptoms.
So overall for me this product is a 1 star out of 5. I just didn't see any change in my symptoms.

I got this PanOxyl 4% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Wash at the perfect time - right when I had a breakout. I've only had a week to try it out, so I'm not sure how effective it is yet. The product applies smoothly and rinses off easily, with no strong scent. My skin didn't feel dry or irritated, which is a good sign. However, when rinsing, my face felt slightly oily.
With such a short testing period, I haven't seen significant improvements yet. I'll keep using it and might update this review later if I notice any changes. So far, it's a gentle cleanser that might work well for those with sensitive skin.

OGX® Bond Protein Repair Haircare
Another Product test!!
So for those who know me, I am always getting my hair colored so it takes a beating. It gets frizzy, and kind of dull looking. So I got the opportunity to test out OGX® Bond Protein Repair Haircare and so far so good.
I've been using it as directed 2-3 days a week, for the past 2 weeks and I'm loving it.
1 - You don't need a lot, just one small squirt then run it through damp or dry hair.
2 - It smells sooooo good! Whoever made it smell like that good on you, cuz it's amazing.
3 - It feels great on the hair. It doesn't feel heavy, sticky, or oily.
4 - It has brought down the frizz factor on my crazy processed hair. I always let my hair air dry and it usually puffs up like crazy. But after 2 weeks of use it has really helped bring that down.
5 - It makes your hair nice and shiny, and feeling healthy again.
Do I recommend OGX® Bond Protein Repair Haircare, Heck yes I do. If you have heat or color damaged hair this will definitely help. I plan on using this bottle to the very last drop, and will be buying it in the future!!

PanOxyl Acne Body Spray
So I had the opportunity to do a couple more product testing's. Both for PanOxyl products.
So again...these products came at the perfect time, because I had a breakout happening.
I didn't get a ton of time to put this to the test because my product came super late, but here is my take after about 5 days of use.
It did really help to clear up the breakout on my neck and chin, and I think after a few more days it will be completely cleared up, but...I had to take a couple stars off because I had a couple issues with it. Continue for my Pros and Cons.
Pro: Easy to use! Spray on body parts, or if you want to use it on your face spray in your hands and rub into your face.
Con: It made my face feel sticky/tacky. It took a long time for it to dry, and it wasn't a comfortable feeling.
Pro: It helped clear up my breakout, in just a few days.
Con: The smell....it has a very strong chemical smell.
Con: It did start to dry my skin out. Not the end of the world that's what moisturizer is for, but yes it is drying!!
If it wasn't for the 3 Cons I'd probably use it again, however the smell and the tackiness feeling on the skin is a no go for me.
So would I recommend this product? If you can get past the feeling and the smell...heck ya it helped my skin go out and give it a try.
However if you have a sensitivity to smell and have a thing about how stuff feels on your skin, I'd say it's a hard pass, maybe check out their Overnight Spot Patches.

So I went into this product test with some big hopes, only to be let down.
I used the whole 30 days worth in order to really give it a shot.
I get the worst hot flashes, and these did nothing for them, if anything I feel as if they made my hot flashes worse. I also experienced nausea, dizziness, and really didn't sleep well at all while using this product. I also found I was more irritable and moody.
It may work for some people but it just didn't work for me.
