I would definitely recommend for anyone going through all the ups and downs of menopause. They definitely provide relief and I have used many things only to have the good effects last only a few months and then back to the misery. So far so good and I've been doing this for 25 years now.

Relief from hot flashes!

I was pleased to be selected to try Weliva for relief from menopause symptoms. After a 2 month Free trial I am pleased to say that the product greatly helped in reducing my night sweats and hot flashes (especially the night sweats which were really terrible for me). I would recommend this product to women experiencing symptoms from menopause and or perimenopause.

Just didn't work for me

As a 43-year-old navigating perimenopause, I've been experiencing a whole whack of 'lovely' symptoms – hot flashes, fatigue, and night sweats, you name it. I had really high hopes when I started taking Weliva Cimidona, especially hearing that it's a naturally-sourced, hormone-free option and approved by Health Canada. Super easy to take just one pill a day.

I took it for the full two months, as I know these things can take time to work. Unfortunately, even after sticking with it, I honestly haven't noticed any significant changes in my hot flashes, night sweats, or fatigue. While I appreciate the natural approach, it just didn't provide the relief I was looking for. It's disappointing when you're hoping a product could help to ease these kinds of symptoms.

So overall for me this product is a 1 star out of 5. I just didn't see any change in my symptoms.

Weliva™ Cimidona® didn't work for me!

I received a 6-week sample of Weliva™ Cimidona® with the hope that it would help alleviate my menopause symptoms, particularly hot flashes and mood fluctuations. Unfortunately, after consistently using the product as directed for the full duration, I did not experience any noticeable improvement.
While I understand that results can vary from person to person, I was disappointed that there was no relief in my symptoms during or after the trial period. Based on my experience, this product was not effective for me in managing menopause-related discomfort.
I appreciate the opportunity to try the sample, but I would not consider purchasing it in the future given the lack of results.

Great product wish I knew about it sooner!!

I have been taking Weliva for about 6 weeks now and I have noticed that it has helped with the brain fog and night sweats, I wish I knew about this product sooner!

No Difference in my symptoms

Unfortunately, I didn't see a big difference in my menopausal symptoms while taking these. I continued to have mood swings and not feel great. My physical and emotional symptoms persisted. I will say that it helped slightly with my fatigue but I would have liked it to do more. Overall, this product wasn't for me.

Easy to take, but requires patience

I like that it's a gentle and non-hormonal option for the symptom. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, and fit into my daily routine without hassle. In my experience, it helps but don't expect a overnight fix. Great if you want something low-risk and convenient,

No more ups and downs!! No more HOT FLASHES!!

My hot flashes have faded almost completely away, at least now my body and I can co-exist rather quiet nicely!! My mood also seems so much more stable, unlike before where at time it seemed quite uncontrollable.

I finally stop sweating

Weliva Menopause Relief is the only thing i will take now for my menopause symptons..I fonally slept without having a hot & cold flash.. It stopped the sweating between my boobs and back. It also made it so i didnt have brain fog and nastiness.

Not for me

I didn’t find Welliva to be helpful for me. I’m sure if it was effective it would be great, but it didn’t relieve any of the symptoms I was hoping it would
