I've been experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms for the last several months. Nothing super drastic but annoying all the same. Found these and was glad to be able to try them out. After the full 30 days I can say that near the end of taking them...   +

I've been experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms for the last several months. Nothing super drastic but annoying all the same. Found these and was glad to be able to try them out. After the full 30 days I can say that near the end of taking them I did finally start noticing a difference overall in my symptoms. So I would say it's something that you would need to take long term for the full benefits. I do like that they are made with natural ingredients. Easy to take too.
