Works wonders for my hot flashes!

The biggest difference I noticed was that this greatly reduced the severity and occurrence of my hot flashes and night sweats. I haven’t taken it long enough to see any long-term effects on nails , skin, and hair, but I have a feeling that if it works so well for the other things it was marketed for then it’ll probably work for that too. I could definitely use the help with my thinning hair!

takes awhile to notice a difference

I've been experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms for the last several months. Nothing super drastic but annoying all the same. Found these and was glad to be able to try them out. After the full 30 days I can say that near the end of taking them I did finally start noticing a difference overall in my symptoms. Noticed a reduction in my hot flashes

Oh the feeling of no longer sweating buckets from my scalp and constantly being drenched in sweat. I started noticing my temperature change after about three weeks and today I'm sleeping under the blankets. Between the red clover and the purple passion flower I'm able to naturally/herbally use the estrogen benefits without actually taking estrogen. Adios to hot flashes & air conditioning in winter

I've tried lots of other products that claim to work but the only thing going away is my money! I wasn't expecting much but it ACTUALLY works!!! I didn't have to change clothes 3x a night, sleep naked with air conditioner on in 3 ft of snow! Changing sheets every day is gone.
