This is such a good alternative to all of the diet books and other nonsense floating around that tells us that are bodies aren't good enough, or that we should do something drastic to alter them. This is a very body positive book, without outwardly screaming at us to love ourselves and #effyourbodystandards. It is a book about a young woman's struggle with eating and weight, and while the subject matter can often be sad or heartbreaking, Miller writers with ease and humour. It's a very easy book to read, but even easier to relate to-- which is almost frightening. I almost feel like she is alternate universe me. I can't help but recommend this book to anyone who has ever struggled with their weight or with a skewed sense of "diet". -

This isn't the most healing lip balm out there, but if you have mildly chapped lips or just like wearing balm, then this is a nice option. It's nice to have three scent choices, even if they're slightly smaller than regular balm tubes. All three of the scents are nice, my lips felt soft, and I was altogether fairly happy with the product. -

There is really nothing bad to say about this product. It works wonderfully fast and effectively, and it costs next to nothing. You don't need to use much of it to get your nailpolish off, even with dark colours. I wish it was a little bit more effective on glitter polishes, but glitter is hard to get off no matter what. And I wish the smell was better, but I understand that's because it's all chemicals. -

The thing that I love most about this hair spray is that it doesn't feel hard or make your hair feel crispy, yet it still manages to maintain the hold of your hair style. I use it when I curl my hair and it doesn't weigh don't my curls. When I do a sleek ponytail, I use the spritzer to tame fly-away hair and frizzies, and it works wonderfully. It also has a delightful scent that goes perfectly with the rest of the Herbal Essences Naked line. I'm a fan! -
This is pretty good considering how cheap it is. I wouldn't use it on pimples and that sort of stuff, as I find it doesn't work the greatest to make a smooth, even skin tone, but it's thick consistency works well on under eye circles. I wouldn't pay... +

I wouldn't use it on pimples and that sort of stuff, as I find it doesn't work the greatest to make a smooth, even skin tone, but it's thick consistency works well on under eye circles. I wouldn't pay any more for it though, as I don't think it would be worth it, but it does what it's supposed to do and for a decent price. -

Nothing about the packaging or product really indicated that this was a lip gloss. It looks like a lipstick in a clear case, like many other lipsticks in clear cases. In fact, the part that holds the gloss is deliberately designed to look like a thing of lipstick. So I was mad to bring it home and find that it was a gloss, not a stick. I hate glosses and wouldn't have wasted my money if this was properly labelled and packaged. I felt really cheated, and the product itself sucked. The colour was weak and the gloss just felt sticky and looked childish. Really disappointed in this one, from a company I usually really like. -

I would recommend this as an inexpensive lotion for really dry skin, but it does have it's flaws. It's not the best moisturizer I've ever used, but it does get the job done in a pinch. I find that I have to use more of it than I would with some other lotions. The other thing I don't like about it is it leaves a weird almost greasy-like finish on my hands, although they are well moisturized. The smell is nice and I have very sensitive skin, and it doesn't irritate my skin. -

This is a really nice eye liner, although so far I've only tried one colour. I've tried smokey taupe shimmer, which is a kind of shimmery silver-brown. It looks quite nice, although it's taking some time to get used to because I usually just wear black liquid liner. It's nice to use a black liquid liner with this gel eye glider just above, so it's like a two-tone eyeliner. It's great for party looks or just to add a bit of shimmer to your every day make up. It goes on really easily, nice and smooth, and sharpens nicely. -

This is a truly interesting product. It's a blush stick that goes on creamy and then dries to a powder like finish, but it's always easy to use on the lips and the eyes, kind of like a three-in-one if you will. I like how it works on your cheeks, although you have to play around with it a bit first until you manage to get the right amount that you like, and once you brush it on your skin you have to blend it out with your fingers. I tried it on my lips but I didn't like how the finish looked-- I thought it was too shimmery. It's nice on the eyes though, but I think I prefer to use it just as blush. I know that right now all of the finishes have a bit of shimmer to them, so I hope they come out with a matte finish soon. As for the price, the best deal is to get it in your monthly maven box or with a coupon code. -

This is the best top coat I've ever used and the only one I'll buy from now on. It is such a good product and it's 5-free, which makes it even better. I always use it with Julep nailpolishes because the combination of the two is absolutely perfect and crazy long lasting. It does work well with non-Julep polishes, but then I feel like I'm cheating on Julep. On it's own, $18 USD is a lot for a top coat, but if you have a monthly subscription box, you can get 3 products for $20 USD depending on your subscription, so if you include this in your box it ends up being less than $7 USD. And if you're a maven it's less expensive to buy individually, and there are always coupon codes. I'd even venture to say that it's a good enough top coat that I'd splurge on this full price. -
