I love a good alfredo sauce, but have a hard time finding a good jar version. There's usually something I find odd in the jar sauces-- something just not quite right. This is the only one I can count on being good. I can never remember which ones are bad until I get them home and am kicking myself, so it's best to stick to this one. It has a nice taste, a nice texture, and a little goes a long way. I'm just cooking for myself or my husband, so I can stretch a jar 2-4 meals, which is quite nice because it makes it a better value. -

Not only is this vanilla flavoured, but it is very "vanilla" as in kind of bland. It's not as good as bakery fresh or homemade cakes, but I would argue that it's not even as good as the chocolate version of the McCain's frozen cakes. I would only want to pay half the price that this costs, because I think it's really....blah. Just boring on it's own. I think it'd be better if you played it up--add fruit, add sauces, add something to make it a little more exciting. I've only ever had it as is though, and as is is pretty boring. Sorry, cake. Even French vanilla would have added a little bit more flavour. -
Here's the thing with this stuff: you can't expect a really good quality cake. It's processed, it's boring, but it's cake. I've never met a cake I didn't like. If I had the choice, I would pick a bakery made or home made cake over this stuff. The... +
Here's the thing with this stuff: you can't expect a really good quality cake. It's processed, it's boring, but it's cake. I've never met a cake I didn't like. If I had the choice, I would pick a bakery made or home made cake over this stuff. The good part about these cakes is the convenience and the price. They are as convenient as bakery cakes in grocery stores, but cheaper than the fresh stuff. Unfortunately you can tell in the quality-- you can tell the difference between the ones they make in the bakery department and the one you take from the freezer. That being said, they don't taste bad-- they just taste processed. Good if you're in a pinch and they're on sale, but I wouldn't purposely seek them out. -

I received this for free to try from Chick Advisor. I was pleasantly surprised with this product! I was not expecting it to be so filling, as I've never really had much luck with meal replacement bars. They usually leave me feeling hungry, but this kept me going until it was time for my next meal. They were pretty tasty as far as meal replacement bars go, although there was still the tiniest hint of chemical/processed taste, but altogether pretty tasty. They were really great to have when I was running late for work or had an empty fridge. Pretty good! -

I absolutely adore the skin care line from Julep and I'm so glad I decided to try their konjac sponges. My skin isn't flaky anymore and usually I have a problem with exfoliators, but this one is so gentle that it doesn't hurt my sensitive skin. I use it every day after washing my face. I wish I took a "before" picture from before I started to using Julep's skin care line, because my skin has improved so darn much. Not only that, but Julep is a company that helps other women, makes quality products, and I believe most of the products are vegan/vegetarian. I love supporting this company because their products are so good! -

I received this to try for free from Chick Advisor, and I was glad it was free because I would not pay anything for this product. It was horrible. I painted my nails in the evening, and by the next night, 24 hours later, my nails were already chipping. I am a nail polish junkie and have no problem getting 4-5 days of chip-free nails from other polishes, and I followed the instructions for the polish/top coat duo to a T. And yet it chipped. I take very good care of my nails and hands, so I can only imagine what this polish and top coat would be like for someone who is hard on their nails. The only good thing about this top coat is it makes the polish look smooth and not weird. But that being said, as soon as the chips started and got quickly worse, the shininess of the top coat instantly looked cheap. You'd be better off not even using this top coat. I'm so disappointed in this product and do not recommend it. -

I had high hopes for this polish. As a polish hoarder, I'm always willing to try new things. I got to try this product for free through Chick Advisor, and I'm glad I got it free because I would kick myself if I paid good money for this. I did my nails in the evening, and 24 hours later they were already starting to chip. A day after that they were obviously chipped. The third day I just straight up took the polish off because it looked cheap. I followed the application instructions to a T and I am not a polish newbie. I have other polishes that last 4-5 days before they start chipping. For a company to put "weekly" in their name, I should expect more than a day of non-chipped nails. Not only that, but with two coats of the colour, I shouldn't be able to see the line where the whites of my nail meets the pink. Additionally, if you don't use the clear top coat, the colour polish itself dries to a weird, unfinished looking texture-- effectively forcing you to use a top coat. I take good care of my hands and nails, and so I could only imagine the longevity of the polish on someone who is hard on their hands. The colour was certainly bright, which was probably the only positive thing about this product. Extremely disappointed, and will not be purchasing this in the future. -

There's nothing really wrong with this product. NIVEA makes really good lip balms and I've never had a problem with them. I do like that with this balm, it has SPF in it because you can put sunscreen all over your face, but most people forget that the skin on your lips still counts, and is actually more sensitive than anything else. It's nice to have both smooth, soft lips and protection against the rays of the sun, all at once. -

This is the first bath bomb I had used that had particles of stuff in it. I didn't actually realize that there were going to be floaters in this so I was kind of surprised and it was weird to have stuff floating in my bath, but I got over it. It was a great scent and a pretty colour, and my skin felt great afterwords. -
