This used to be my go-to eyeliner. However I found that it dried out super quickly (yes i was tightening the lid) Before it dried out, it was creamy and glided on like a dream.
Bottom line: if you are able to use the entire pot before it dries out, this product is a great deal. But, watch out because if it dries out before you get through 1/4 of the pot you will feel like you've wasted your money. I would suggest using smashbox cream eyeliner pallet http://www.smashbox.com/CREAM-EYE-LINER-PALETTE

I tried this MU4E foundation however there I found that most of the colors had a slight orange tint. This is INCREDIBLY heavy and looks rather cakey, even when applied very lightly. I can appreciate that this may be great for HD tv and for use under bright lights with cameras, however it is far too heavy for real life and makes the wearer look like they are wearing makeup.
Not a fan. It is decent but for the price, it is DEFINITELY not worth it.

I am very pale and have always found most foundations to be slightly dark, leaving an orange line around the areas where the product had been applied. This foundation in Porcelain is a perfect match. It does not have the usual orange tint that you will find with many MAC foundations.
It is incredibly light and sheer, however it is buildable and can provide full coverage. (simply let it dry for a few minutes in between)
To finish off your look, I find that setting the foundation with Bobby Brown Sheer Finish Powder in pale yellow applied with a fluffy kabuki brush is makes for a natural glowing complexion. However, I'm certain that most any department store brand setting powder would work fine.

Just less than two weeks ago I received Vaseline Sheer Infusion in the mail as part of the product review club. I was so excited to try out the product as it was my first ever product review club trial. I decided that I was going to use the product religiously for two weeks, then afterwards compare my results. Later that evening, I took a shower making sure to shave my legs so that I would be able to see the results.
My initial reaction was that I loved the cream. It was very easy to spread and did not require a huge amount of product in order to get full coverage. I found the scent to be a bit strong; however I didn't really mind it at the time. The next morning I re-applied the cream to my entire body and headed to school. If I don't apply lotion daily my skin tends to be on the dry side and a bit scaly especially in the winter. I have been repeating this process of applying the cream morning and night for the past 10 days and to be fully truthful, I haven't seen much of a difference in the softness of my skin. Don't get me wrong when you first apply the lotion, your legs get very silky and smooth, however once the initial smoothness goes away and the cream is completely absorbed, your skin is not left overly hydrated. I found that I get better results from the Vaseline intensive care Shea butter cream in the big bottle with the pump. Also, after days of using the product, I found that the "vitamin" scent became very unpleasant. Just as how certain perfumes smell different on different bodies, I found that it didn't smell very pleasant on mine, however it had initially.
Overall, I was quite disappointed in the product because I had very high hopes. I do love Vaseline products and have had great experiences with them in the past. Rather than recommending this product, I would suggest trying the Vaseline intensive care Shea butter body lotion. It works wonders.

This product is truly amazing! First off... it is about 3.99 and i get it at shopper’s drug mart. Secondly it leaves your hair feeling incredibly silky smooth without being the slightest bit greasy. I love this product and have included it in my daily hair routine. Some days it is the only product I put in my hair!! It leaves your hair feeling very light and looking great. As I run my hands through my hair right now ... (having only used B2B Shine spray this morning.. and it is now 4pm) it feels as though i may be touching 750 thread count cotton sheets. My hairdresser recommended this product to me when they started carrying Aveda products. My hair is very fine and poker straight naturally. I started using this product to help hold curls because it always seemed that my curls would drop even 20 minutes after having set them.
This product works incredibly well. I put it on the ends of my hair when its wet before I blow-dry. I then use a 1" ceramic barrel to create luscious curls that last all day. I'm thrilled that I have finally found a product that holds my curls for more than 20 minutes. I recommend this product to anyone and everyone who wants to have long lasting curls without having to go to a stylist every morning to get them.
ps. how come curls stay in all day.. or even for two days when a stylist does them while hardly using any product at all?? just a thought

I own a Chi and have for over four years now. I have to say that I find it to be a disappointing product. One might ask why I still have/use it if I find it to be less than satisfactory... I have very fine straight hair to begin with so it works relatively well for everyday use. However I feel that CHI's are very hit and miss. I have many friends who have ended up with lemons. I feel that I have a lemon myself. Some of them simply do not straighten hair to the same quality that other CHI straighteners do.
I have the CHI ultra in red that I bought from my salon. I think that when you stray away from the original black CHI the quality seems to go down for some strange reason. Does anyone else seem to have this problem?
However the original 1" CHI (my girlfriend had to go through 2 CHI's before she found this one that works well) does straighten hair incredibly. When I use her CHI my hair becomes soft like feathers and perfectly smooth. Baby hairs do not get caught between the ceramic plates and the plastic encasement like they do with the CHI ultra. If I were to buy another hair straightener I would go with the original 1" CHI or try a Paul Brown flat iron... many of my friends have those and are very happy with the results it produces.

This mascara is the second best I have ever come across. The large wand helps to create curvy lashes that do not clump together. I would have to agree that at first the wand is slightly difficult to manouver, but you will quickly get used to it and fall head over heals in love with this product. I think it is well worth the price. My one qualm with BADgal lash is that it doesn't make your lashes very full. Yes it lengthens them, darkens them, and creates a beautiful curvy lash however it lacks in the volumizing and plumping area.
If you want an everyday look that is clean but pretty BADgal lash is the mascara for you, however if your looking for a more smokey and seductive look I would recommend trying Lancôme Hypnose.

My girlfriend and I discovered this restaurant last summer and it quickly became our favorite place to eat. We decided that it would be home to our Wednesday night girls night dinners, however sometimes it is very difficult to get a reservation because it is so quaint with limited tables.
In Ferno's is a very small bistro in St Boniface. Although at times it does tend to get quite noisy, it has a warm ambiance perfect for a date. The waiters are very friendly and surprisingly helpful ( i usually do not find servers to be of any help) Every meal I have ever enjoyed at In Ferno's has been exquisite, leaving me feeling very satisfied. There is a wide range of appetizers however if you aren't the adventurous type the selection might seem limited. In which case you could enjoy the delectable bread basket that they provide you with. It’s a miracle that our group even makes it to the entree because between the bread and delicious appetizers a person could become easily stuffed.
The entrees never disappoint. I usually order one of the nightly chicken specials and have always been delighted by my choice. The French onion soup is delicious as well as the hazel nut chicken bites. I haven't been there in a while because French cooking is by nature very rich and calorie laden, not helpful whilst preparing for swimsuit season!

This is by far my most favorite restaurant in Winnipeg. The ambiance is very trendy, and modern. It has a Tokyo-hip atmosphere decorated in hammered steel and cherry blossom cut-outs. It is suggested that you make reservations, however I have gotten in many a time without one. Another big bonus is that there is a huge parking lot, unlike the Broadway location. The food itself is absolutely delicious. It’s a shame that I'm a regular customer, because I usually order only my favorites, probably missing out on many other amazing dishes.
I usually get the mango prawn appetizer. THE MOST delicious appetizer. I know no one that doesn't love it!! All of the sushi rolls are generously filled with the freshest fish. I took my boyfriend there for his first time as a treat and he told me that he would need many rolls because he ate a lot. We ended up ordering 6 rolls for the two of us, and he was getting full after having only the appetizer and about 6 individual pieces (the equivalent of approximately one roll) We had plenty to take home afterwards (not that I minded.)
The menu offers a wide variety of dishes that are even suitable for people who don’t eat fish. The sashimi is to die for, the rolls are exceptional and I’m getting hungry just writing this review. I will most definitely be dining there this weekend!
