Happy New Year Bren.I hope you had a great time last night. We just stayed home an watched movies. Our boy's left the house around
nine and said they were going down a few houses to a friends house an
would be back by 12. It's now 20 after 9 in the morning and we haven't
heard from either of them. I'm ready to ring both of their necks! Mikes
18, but Luke's only 15 and they both know better then to do this. Nether
of them has every done something like this before. So the first day of
the new year isn't going well for me. I'll let you know what happened
with them tomorrow. I'm sure they just stayed at her house, but they
still should have at least called me. Kids!! Any how Bren have a great
day.

I'm happy to here that killing was no where near you and that you had a
nice Xmas. We all finally met my brother new friend Xmas eve at my moms.
She seems very nice and they seem very happy together. He needed
someone like her after the crap his X-wife put him through. We were
snowed on yesterday all day, but it seemed to be more rain mixed with
it, so there really isn't much left, just some on the grass. The streets
were really wet and slushy last night, but the temp dropped like a rock
over night and everything turned to ice. I had a hard time getting my
car door open this morning. I'm still keeping my finger's crossed that
it gets me to where I need to go with out dieing on me. Its really
starting slow down when I try to start it now, so I don't think its
going to last much longer. But if it does go on me when I'm out at least
I'm not in the middle of the mountain's with a ton of snow all around
me. Now that would scare the hell out of me.LOL. Have a great day Bren.

Morning Bren

I hope you had a nice Christmas, I know you had a white one!! Ours was a
green one again this year, but I have big fluffy flakes flying around
now. A few days late and a lot of dollar's short.LOL

Did Santa bring you something nice this year?

My husband bought me one of the Kobo E-Readers, a new house coat and a
half a ton of chocolate and candy. I think he's trying to tell me I need
to put on weight for the winter.LOL

I heard about that guy working Xmas day in a store being shot and killed
in B.C. I think they said it was in Surrey. My step son lived in Surrey
at one time. I think it's closer to the coast because there wasn't any
snow on the ground in the pic's they were showing on the news. I sure
hope they get who ever it was that did this and put them away for life!
Unfortunately our life and the State's live sentences are two different
things. As far as I'm concerned life should be just that, not 25 and
out. It's been a sad Christmas for a lot of people making me even more
grateful for what I do have!

Well Bren enough of that sad talk, I sure hope you and your family had a
great Christmas together and if I don't talk to ya before the New Year,
may it bring you nothing but good health, good friends and happiness.
Cheers to ya kiddo!!

It stopped adding that E after I shut down and then reopened later. It was only in my email not on the Chick site. It's gone that's the main thing. I was having a lot of trouble getting my reviews to add for awhile
until Mike showed how to open Google in two windows. If I tried to add
the name of what ever it was from my Microsoft word page, where I write
my reviews before I post them, it wouldn't move on. After Mike showed me
how to use windows 7 right and I could open two sites at one time. Then
I could copy the name of the product right from their web site and paste
it here. After I was able to do that everything moved on for me. I
can't believe how easy it was to do that. My brother showed me how to do
that back when I first got this new compute, but I couldn't remember
how to do it to save my own life.LOL
Did you look back at my aloe plant
pic's last night? I wrote you a few tips on there that might help your
aloe plants grow better, give it a look if you have time. Did you get
your Xmas baking done? I only have my one brother's cookies made and
yesterday I managed to get my Cherry Chews made. My two other brother's
look forward to me making them some every year because no one else will
bake them for them. So I make the big sucks some every year and
then I have to make more for us. I still have to make my Cherry Cheese
Pie, Apple Pie and my chestnuts, but those can wait until tomorrow.
I'm going to
ask my sister in-law if she remembers that dancing elves thing. She's
the one that usually sends me that stuff. If I find it I'll get it to
ya. Have a nice day.

Thanks Bren, but he hasn't even finished filling out the ap yet. I've
been after him to get it done since this all happened, but he really
enjoys working for this company and would like to stay with them. If
work doesn't pick up soon he'll have to get it in. I feel
for ya kiddo, I hate the cold and snow. Its bin raining hear since last
night and we're still warmer then we should be for this time of year. They
said it's suppose to be sunny and around 47 tomorrow witch is fine by me,
I have to go out and do my weekly shopping and I hate going in the
snow, or rain. I've only gotten one thing baked for far and I'm running
out of time, FAST!!LOL Sorry Bren I don t remember that elve thing. The brain
damage I have effects my memory, but if someone sends me something to do
with singing elves you'll be the first to know. Bye the way it's morning
here right now, just after 10am. I think you're about three maybe four hours
behind me. We don't have netflix, but it looks like it would be a
better deal then paying every time we want to watch a movie. My email
is acting strange, every time I type in a coma, or a question mark it
give's me this È I don't know if I hit something, or what's going on. See
what I mean É Has this every happened to you? Give me a shout later if you can, but if you can't I understand, it's a busy time of year for everyone.

Thank You Bren that was very sweet of you. Yes my husband is
a Millwright and can go any where he wants for work, but he's been working for
this company for at least 14 years. Things really slowed down here over the
last few years too, thank God for unemployment, or we would be really screwed.
My mom and his mom have both helped us out in the past when thing got really
ruff. Its like things are either really good, or really bad with his trade.
Unless you can get into a company like Chrysler's, but they take a pay cut
working in there and the benefits are all different. My husband can take his
book and work any where in the world if he wanted to, but there has to be work
to go to first! He could go to the union hall and put his name on the books,
but he'd have to wait his turn to be called and if there are 50 guys ahead of
him, he may not get a call for months. I don't know if you've heard of the
Bruce Power Planet that's being added onto in Ont., but two of his good friends
got hired on there. They want him to try and get in there with them. These
guy's were both foremen at the place my husbands at now and they both walked
off the job to go up there. They didn't tell the boss they were going to do
this until the day before they were leaving. My husbands so called buddy was
the only foremen they had left, but they weren't really giving him much work
over the last few years, why I don't really know. That's the only reason he was
even on the same job as my husband when all this happened. Any how at this
power plant they're only working four days on three off, they've only bin going
in for one hour a day, then they go home to the house they rented and get paid
for the full day. They drive back home on Thursday to their families and go
back on Monday. These guy's are making over a $1,000 a week take home doing
this job. I think they're doing another big hire at this place in March and by
the looks of thing my husband is going to have to try and get in there too. If
your boy friend happens to be a Millwright and doesn't mind moving to Ont. you
should tell him about it. His union hall should know all about it, the job is supposed
to last a long time. From what I remember Sean saying its well over five years
and some guys might even stay on for good. My step son has his own tiling
business in B.C. and they got hit hard a few years ago with no work. They even
moved back home for awhile, but they're back there now and are doing really
well again, fingers crossed!! My husband just left this morning to put an MRI
into a hospital in London Ont. So at least he got a bit of work this week. It’s
more the not knowing why someone you thought was a very good friend that you
grow up with could do this to you that hurts the most. My husband will get work
somewhere, but I don't think he'll ever get over what his so call buddy did to
him and to us. Every time I think I'm done running it around in my head, it
pops back in there and the hurting starts all over again. It just sucks!! Sorry
about going on and on, but before I let you go, it was 47 F here yesterday and it
got past 50F over the weekend. I don't think we're going to have a white Xmas,
but I know you sure are!! LOL Thanks for all your support and all your hugs
buddy, back at ya. Stay cool like I know you are!

  Thank You

Morning Bren, I'm sorry I haven't talked to you in awhile. I have been
thinking about you a lot. Things have just bin so crazy around here that
I haven't had a chance to write to you. I've bin lucky to even spend
the time I have on here lately. I don't like to sit on the computer for a
long time when my husbands home and unfortunately he has bin home a lot
lately. He was working on an out of town job that was suppose to go
until the end of Jan. That job could have made us well over $8,000, but
someone who he thought was a very good friend of his had him kicked off
of the job. They've known each other since they were kids and have bin
very good friends for the majority of his life! So neither of us can
understand why he did this to our family and especially at this time of
year. So its bin pretty ruff around here, I must admit that I'm not
usually a crier, but every time I think of him doing this to our family,
it makes me cry. I just don't understand why he just couldn't have pull
my husband aside and talked to him if he had that big of a problem with
him, or something that he did in stead of having him removed from a job
he knew our family needed. We're both confused, stunned and very hurt
about this, but there's nothing we can do, but sit and wonder why. He
has bin lucky enough to pick up a few jobs here and there, but not near
enough to pay the bills and pay for Xmas. It all just sucks! Any how
Bren thanks for checking in with me, I sure hope things are going a 100%
better for you and your family.

Have a nice day and try and stay warm.

Sorry I missed ya last night, I must have logged off right before you
sent this. When you say you had some mountain lion's around your place
too you make me wonder if the two of you aren't live close to each
other. My daughter in-law told me the people in town were having such a
fit over them being in town that they had to shot the ones they could
find, even a mother with a cub. She was pretty mad about that and didn't
understand why they couldn't relocate them. She said they were staying
in the woods, but it was still to close for most people. She also told a
friend of her's was walking her two kids on a path that's right behind
their home and walked right up on one. It scared the crap out of her,
but it didn't try to hurt them, it just run off when it saw the three of
them. I guess when it comes to children's safety the majority rules, so
the ministry had to kill all of them to keep those people happy. I had a
good laughed when I read your review and saw that you had the same type
of camera we had as kids. It was a big deal back them to have the
picture come to life in front of your eye's. Boy have we ever come a
long way over the years. Well kiddo I'm going for now, I'm freezing my
buns off and my back is killing me today. Have a good one and stay cool
like I know you are!

A bear at your bedroom window!! Now that's scary! My step son lives in
BC and had some mountain lions roaming around his house. He has two
little boys, so they aren't aloud out side unless he's with them. I love
wild life and getting up close to it, but that's a bit to close for
me.LOL

I'm happy to hear they got the guy that was steeling from the post
office. Make's me wonder just how much he got away with before they got
him. What a jerk! I woke up to snow snow every where snow. That was at
6am, its now 8:30 my time and it just stopped. No fun, but what can ya
do, other then move south and I'm not about to do that any time soon.LOL

Talk to ya later.

Hey Bren, hows it going? Did you get you toothbrush yet? How about your camera has it shown up?

I got my camera today, but I haven't tried it yet. It was sitting in
between my doors when we got home from shopping. My husband opened the
screen door and it fell out at him. He just caught it before it hit the
porch. I thought it was a goner before I even had a look at it.LOL The
box it came in was so big because it came with the five box's of the
film. There's 20 shots in each package. I just thought I'd let you know I
got mine so you can keep a look out for yours. I hope you get yours
soon so you can start having fun with it. All of the snow we had is gone
now, but its still pretty cold out, colder then it has bin. You must be
getting sick of the snow with all the snow you've already had, I know I
sure would be. Any how let me know when you get your toothbrush and
your camera. Have a great day.
