Tiger Balm has been around a long time!I actually really like the smell its very soothing it contains camphor,menthol,cajuput oil,cassia oil,clove oil and mint oil.Its great on the temples for a headache,sore neck or back,arthritis and minor sprains.When I apply it to the affected area I get quick relief it has a warming affect on the skin.The product however will stain clothes so be careful when applying. -

Right now my lips are really chapped and cracking this is the only lip balm in the house that is healing my lips.Its in a tube so the consistency is perfect to apply on sore chapped cracked lips.The ingredients include maple and softening essential oils.It glides on the lips really smoothly and feels so soft on the lips. -

I also received this in my Sweet Delights package and its by far my favorite that I received in my package.I think Takoda and I probably have the softest hair in Canada lol...When I first received this and read the ingredients I knew before even trying it that it was good for my hair.
The ingredients include distilled water,infused with burdock root and nettle leaf.,slippery elm,hemp seed butter,coconut oil,hazelnut oil,pathenol natural emulsifier,natural thickner and fragrance as an option...however I placed my order and decided to get mine unscented.It says it can be used as a hair moisturizer/leave in treatment and a skin moisturizer.
I prefer to massage it through my dry hair and then shampoo and condition as usual.I also use a little on my dry hair on the ends as a leave in treatment. It really does leave your hair incredibly soft my hair feels so smooth and healthy and looks great.I also love the smell of the herbs through the dip.
There other products sound really good as well.I placed a small order today and happy that they now offer discount shipping for Canadians.I love supporting smaller buisness companies they really care about there customers and have the best products.Its always so fun to discover a new product that is good for your skin and hair.

I just recently purchased Listerine zero to give it a try.I am a loyal Listerine user and usually get the original which is very strong but I love that fact that it has euculyptus oil in it and it works!The Listerine zero has the same ingredients but does not contain alcohol and much milder.
I actually water down the original Listerine as it is very strong and is actually a painful thing to gargle straight it really numbs and can sting your mouth The Listerine zero is great for people not wanting the alcohol in it a much milder and minty taste to it.My mouth feels refreshed and really clean after using it and keeps your breath fresh for a long time.

I received this lip balm in my Sweet Delights box.I really didn't need any more lip balm I have so many piling up.But this is more then a lip balm the tea tree oil in it makes it so healing and soothing on super chapped lips.I find I'm using it constantly I love how it feels on my lips.It comes in a Eco- friendly paper tube that looks so cute.They also have a shimmer balm.I love the ingredients!

It absorbs instantly into the skin and feels so smooth. I hate when lotions/creams are to greasy and never absorb into the skin that is the worst feeling.This one makes your skin feel super soft and the smell lingers.Just a little dab goes a long way.

I have really been on a Greek yogurt kick lately.After trying quite a few different ones I cant go back to regular yogurt.This Oikos brand yogurt is really good!Its super creamy and rich and comes in a variety of flavours. I love to add granola or add a bit to smoothies.The plain is also a great substitute for sour cream.Perfect to make flavored veggie/chip dips.It is a little pricey but well worth it! -

I received this makeup collection in my September Glossybox what a surprise and a treat to receive this.It is inspired by the movie Dark Shadows I gotta say I'm a big fan of the older Dark Shadows tv series so this what such a fun kit to get.There is also pictures of three of the main woman characters and there style profiles.
This palette contains twenty four eye shadows both glitter and matte, four blushes, one bronzer, one illuminator, one eye shadow base, and one liquid eyeliner and four lip glosses.The eye shadows are pigmented and really pretty and with twenty four to choose from you cant go wrong!The blushes are very soft and pretty.The eye shadow base is very light and fair.
The eyeliner is jet black and very smooth.The illuminator is perfect for fair skin.The bronzer is more of a orange color not much of a typical bronzer.The lip glosses are a little to sticky for my liking and are the least favorite in this kit.Overall its a great palette and I had no problems with breakouts or being allergic to it as I have sensitive skin.A really cute collectors item.

The ingredients are very simple milk,cream,skim milk powder,cane sugar and natural vanilla flavor.I have not tried the plain but I'm sure it would be a great substitute for sour cream as its so thick and creamy it would make wonderful sauces and much cheaper then sour cream.I will defiantly be sticking with this brand.
