After using Promensil Double Strength Menopause for about two and a half weeks I noticed that I was sleeping through the night more often. I usually wake up several times at night and feel restless. During the third week I was getting fewer hot flasher and the time of the hot flashes were shorter. I am no sleeper better and not hot all night. I still get an occasional hot flash but this product has made my night more comfortable. You may notice a vegetable smell in your urine but it dissipated after about a week and a half. I will continue to use this product as it has help me rest better and lessened my hot flashes.
