No difference

I took the pills as directed and still feel no difference from the pills. It was no after taste or smell. I took the pills in the morning with breakfast- no stomach aches or anything. I still had hot flashes after the pills and it wasn’t as effective as other brands.

This product has greatly improved my sleep and moodiness. Suffering from hot flashes and night sweats have been a major issue for me promensil has helped me get a more peaceful rest at night. Can feel the diffetence

After using Promensil Double Strength Menopause for about two and a half weeks I noticed that I was sleeping through the night more often. I usually wake up several times at night and feel restless. During the third week I was getting fewer hot flasher and the time of the hot flashes were shorter. I am no sleeper better and not hot all night. I still get an occasional hot flash but this product has made my night more comfortable. You may notice a vegetable smell in your urine but it dissipated after about a week and a half. I will continue to use this product as it has help me rest better and lessened my hot flashes.

Wonderful relief from Menopause symptoms!

I received the Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets (30 count) to try for one month. Although I am not 50 yet, I have reached menopause at a younger age than many women, and I struggle with the symptoms on a daily basis. The biggest problem I have are the hot flashes and night sweats, which have been notably worse over the past year. It took about 2 weeks to really start to get relief, so I recommend people to make sure you take it everyday for it to work effectively and receive the best results. I wasn't waking up in the middle of the night with my clothes drenched in sweat, and that's been such a relief! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I haven't seen this in stores and it can get somewhat costly after some time. It did help with my mood swings and I didn't feel as restless. So it does help alot with sleep factors. It's worth a try if you think you could really benefit from this. I recommend it as long as you can stay consistent with it and be patient as it does take a little time to start working.
