I absolutely love Chapman's Ice Cream! I have been buying it for years and it not only is the best ice cream I have ever tasted, the company is awesome as well. They invest in the community and are truly a Canadian company. They have over 180 products, including gluten-free, lactose free, sugar free, and peanut / nut free options.
The flavour I tried was Salty Caramel Crunch. It was flavourful and indulgent and I definitely didn't want to share. It was so creamy too!

OGX Bond Protein Repair Sealing Serum has a nice gel-like texture that was really easy to apply. I really liked the light floral scent as well. It wasn't overpowering and only left a hint of fragrance in my hair.
After a few uses, the serum left my hair feeling softer and smoother. I would like to try it with the OGX shampoo and conditioner to see the full effects, but overall, this serum helped my dry, damaged hair look and feel better.

ARM & HAMMER™ HardBall™ Clumping Litter is lightweight and claims to make scooping easier and less messy by shrinking the waste, and claims to also reduce odour.
I am using this litter with my 2 cats, and I have to say, it really does help reduce the amount of odour I notice. It smells fresh after every time I scoop it. I normally notice the odour more after a couple of days, but this has stayed fresh.
As for the less mess, I find the pee does form into easy to scoop balls, but the poop doesn't really harden or shrink. It does stay together a bit better, so there aren't as many loose bits to scoop.
One big plus is that there is no dust that I have noticed in the week or so that I have used the litter.
Overall, the reduction in odour and dust make this litter a winner for me.

I really love that this comes in a convenient spray! It makes it easy to reach anywhere I need to apply it. I like that the spray bottle also has a locking mechanism to prevent it from being sprayed accidentally. No worries of ruining your clothes if you toss it in your travel bag!
I have been using the spray for about a week, as it has been reducing the bit of acne that was on my arms and my neck has stayed clear.
I'm excited to wear tank tops again! No more worrying about having to cover my upper arms or be embarrassed by my acne.

EsopH® Acid-Reflux Therapy contains Chondroitin Sulfate and Hyaluronic Acid to help relieve heart burn and acid reflux.
I used EsopH® as needed, which was at least once most days, but not everyday. It can be taken up to 4 times per day, or as directed by your doctor.
It comes in individual sachets that are pretty convenient to throw in your bag if you're on the go when heartburn hits. However, all that extra packaging is not very eco friendly.
It is a slightly thick liquid that should be sipped slowly to help it coat the esophagus. The taste is overly sweet, and not great in my opinion.
I have been experiencing heart burn and acid reflux for as long as I can remember. It has always been something I struggle with depending on the food I eat. Apples in particular cause me great pain to eat, but I love them. I was excited to try EsopH® in hopes that it would work better than my current antacid.
Although I did get some relief from the acid reflux, it felt strange. It was almost like a barrier preventing the acid from rising. It felt like I needed to burp, but I couldn't. Eventually a little acid made it's way up, but it wasn't as bad as when I don't take anything and EsopH® was about as effective as my regular antacid for the heart burn.

This fragrance smells so good! It starts off with fruity notes of wild cherry, pineapple and coconut water, evolves into a more floral scent with notes of mimosa and almond blossoms, then tops it off with the decadent scent of pralines, vanilla cream, and another hint of cherry. It is intense, but not overpowering and lasts a long time.
Sustainability is really important to me, so I love that Clean Reserve is committed to eco-friendly packaging and using sustainably sourced ingredients in their clean formulas.

I love the way this hand balm smells! It is a light floral sent that isn’t overpowering. The perfect amount for someone like me who enjoys scents, but also reacts to too much.
It is also very thick. You would think that it would take a long time to sink in or leave a greasy residue with how thick it is, but my skin just drank this up! My hands didn't feel greasy at all, but I could feel a protective layer on my skin.
I have a bit of eczema on my hand at the moment and this balm helped to calm the redness and hydrated the dry patches, changing the texture of my skin from rough and flaky to smooth and soft! I've definitely found my new favourite hand balm!

The Icy Mint flavour is refreshing and not too overwhelming. I love that this oral rinse is non-burning. I find it hard to rinse for the recommended time when the mouthwash burns my mouth. I had no problem rinsing for the full minute with this mouthwash.
It left my breath feeling fresh for hours and the effects lasted longer with each use. I'm not up to 24 hours yet, but with continued use it might be achievable.
This oral rinse is alcohol-free and gluten-free. It is also vegan, kosher and halal, so it is suitable for pretty much anyone!

Promensil Perimenopause is designed to help reduce perimenopausal symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats, relieve agitation and nervousness, help you sleep better, and help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. It might even help your cholesterol levels!
I took PromensilPerimenopause for a month and while I did experience some minor benefits with slightly less agitation and nervousness and better sleep on some nights, I did not really experience a big enough difference to justify continuing to take these tablets right now. Maybe my body needs more time to adjust or I am not as close to menopause as I thought for this to be more effective.
I have never really had hot flashes, so I cannot say how effective these tablets would be for that.
Promensil Perimenopause was not really effective for me right now, but I do think it is worth trying if you are experiencing symptoms, as it might work better for you. I would consider trying these tablets again if my symptoms increased, as I did have some benefits.

We cooked Jigg's Dinner this week and used the Vida by PADERNO Nylon Skimmer to take up our boiled vegetables and salt meat.
It worked well, and allowed the vegetables and salt meat to drain before being placed in the serving bowls. I was not worried about the Skimmer melting, as it is heat resistant up to 450°F/232°C.
The skimmer is also easy to wash and can be put in the dishwasher. You can also use it on non-stick surfaces without danger of damaging your pots and pans.
