No difference

I received Promensil to try for FREE. I have used Promensil for 30 days and I do not see any difference with my menopausal hot flashes at night-time. I was really anxious and happy to try this product since I have been dealing with menopause for over 8 years. But I have not noticed any difference.

Promensil Perimenopause supplement

I received the bottle of Promensil and was interested to try the product to see if it helped with my own perimenopausal symptoms (sleep issues, cycle irregularity/heaviness).

I will fully admit I was quite hesitant of trying the product as the health warnings on the label - such as "Do not use this product if you currently have or previously had breast cancer or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, ", or if you have a family member with breast cancer" and if you have had any abnormal hormonal or gynecological diseases. Red Clover, the main ingredient, has been shown to help with menstrual symptoms but comes with it's own side effects (increased drowsiness, nausea, along with interactions with birth control, etc)

I did try taking it for a few days, and found it upset my stomach too much to continue taking. While this may be a great product for some - it, unfortunately, will not be something I can take!

Promensil

I have just completed a month of Promensil.
I found that the hot flashes decreased somewhat but not completely. It may be more beneficial with continued use
I did not find it helped with sleep but seemed helpful with keeping "regular"
I'd like to try Promensil for an increased period of time to see if will increase effectiveness

Perimenopause

I am in my 40s , I took Promensil Perimenopause for a month and found some relief from perimenopausal symptoms. It helped me to sleep better and the most important to deal with the anxiety and mood changes ( it looks like I want to argue all the time). I like that it contains biotin and it is a plant-based product. I recomended it to my friends. The pills are easy to swallow. I do recomend to read all the detail about the product to make sure it is the right for you, women with predisposition to breast cancel can not take it. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Reduces hot flashes and night sweats

Promensil a natural health product for Perimenopause helps reduce hot flashes and night sweats, it seemed to help with sleep and reduced some nervousness. I liked the fact that it is a national health product and it also contains Vitamin D and Biotin. Which helps maintain healthy hair, skin, nails and bones.

Just didn't work for me!!

So I went into this product test with some big hopes, only to be let down.
I used the whole 30 days worth in order to really give it a shot.
I get the worst hot flashes, and these did nothing for them, if anything I feel as if they made my hot flashes worse. I also experienced nausea, dizziness, and really didn't sleep well at all while using this product. I also found I was more irritable and moody.
It may work for some people but it just didn't work for me.

This product has really helped me with my night sweats and given me back my energy. Also helped get me back to being more focused. I will definitely keep using them.

Didn't help with night sweats

My main issue are the night sweats. It may have helped a little for me, but not significant enough for me to purchase. It may help others. This review is a free trial I received through butterly.com. However, my review is based on my experience and not on the fact that I received it free of charge.

Not as effective as I would have liked

Promensil Perimenopause is designed to help reduce perimenopausal symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats, relieve agitation and nervousness, help you sleep better, and help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. It might even help your cholesterol levels!

I took PromensilPerimenopause for a month and while I did experience some minor benefits with slightly less agitation and nervousness and better sleep on some nights, I did not really experience a big enough difference to justify continuing to take these tablets right now. Maybe my body needs more time to adjust or I am not as close to menopause as I thought for this to be more effective.

I have never really had hot flashes, so I cannot say how effective these tablets would be for that.

Promensil Perimenopause was not really effective for me right now, but I do think it is worth trying if you are experiencing symptoms, as it might work better for you. I would consider trying these tablets again if my symptoms increased, as I did have some benefits.

Promensil Review

In the one month that I’ve been taking this not only have I’ve been sleeping better not waking up as much. I don’t seem to be kicking the covers off as much. I’ve noticed that my hair is not falling out as fast. I personally feel that I have more energy and I am able to focus more. I didn’t realize some of these side effects, but I do feel way better since starting to take this. It was super easy just to take one pill a day and add that to my routine.
