My kids absolutely loved the mini skateboards. They thought they were hilarious how small they are. They loved being able to customize the wheel colours as well as add stickers like a real skateboard. As a parent I found it time consuming to build screwing in all those tiny screws. The kids got a bit impatient waiting for me. It would be better if there was less assembly required as 6 to 8 year old would never be able to build them on their own. They did have a ton of fun playing with them however

I've used competitors pimple emergency patches in the past and didn't find they stuck on well so I was very excited to try the ones from Mighty Patch. I received a full box in exchange for my review. I love how the patch blends in with my skin as they recommend you wear them for 6-8 hours, basically overnight while you sleep! This three step process is very simple to follow that anyone can get the full benefits! It has one simple ingredient, hydrocolloid - known for healing and protection of new tissues. I'm glad there are gentile non drug options for acne care. I may not get pimples often, but when I do, I want to tackle them right away! -

When Canada Post showed up at my house the other day with a package, I literally jumped for joy. We have been in the market for a new frying pan for a while. I received the 25cm Paderno Non-stick champagne frypan in exchange for my review. All of our pots at home are currently Paderno, however we have never tried their frying pans. The frypan features a durable heavy-gauge aluminum body for optimal heat distribution, a premium PFOA-free non-stick surface, contoured cool touch handles, oven safe up to 400c and best of all great for all stovetops! I knew the true test of this pan was to fry some eggs. That is exactly what I did. Out of habit (which I don't even think I needed to), I lightly sprayed cooking spray while the pan heated. I cracked a few eggs and let the magic of this brand new pan get to work. The added bonus of this size frying pan, the lid from my Paderno stock pot, fits it PERFECTLY! My eggs were cooked evenly on my gas range. I'm very happy with the result and can't wait to continue to use this frying pan for many years to come! When the Aveeno Stress Relief Body Scrub showed up in my mailbox, I was VERY excited. I typically pick body washes with a lavender scent as I often shower before bed. I have a love love relationship with lavender as it has many relaxing qualities that help me have a peaceful sleep, The body scrub did not disappoint. Not only does it smell fantastic, it works great. It contains soothing oatmeal and has as mentioned lavender as well as chamomile, and ylang-ylang oils. Having the extra added benefits of an exfoliating formula pairing with my loofah, work hard to remove any dirt not visible to the eye. The body wash left me feeling moisturized and relaxed. Aveeno products are dermatologist tested, sulfate free and paraben free. I recommend you try it if you haven't already! -

I was very excited to try the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Face Cream for dry skin. It is clinically proven to moisturize dry skin for 24 hours. It contains non-GMO oats, and is safe for the face and neck. I used this product after washing my face with the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Facial cleanser also for dry skin. The lotion has a lovely smell and absorbs fast into the skin. It is paraben-free, fragrance-free and dye-free. The packaging is made from 40% post-consumer recycled plastic. I used this product after using my regular serum. Unfortunately, I don't think this is the right product for me. I found that it dried my skin out a lot. I have combination skin and the areas that are "normal" felt very thirsty and required extra cream. When this too made my skin still feel thirsty, I pulled out my regular face cream. I tried it a few days before writing this review. Sadly I don't think this product works with my skin. -

I was very excited to get the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Facial Cleanser for dry skin to try. They claim it cleanses the skin leaving it feeling hydrated and looking healthy. I liked how it is made with food-grade oats, is biodegradable, paraben-free, sulfate-free, dye-free and soap--free and that the bottle is made with at least 30% post-consumer recycled plastic, The product lathers well and a little goes a long way. I used my silicone electric facial brush to ensure my face would get all the benefits associated with this product. The face wash smells really nice and rinses away easily. I tried this product,followed by my regular routine of serums and the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Face Cream for dry skin (which I was also provided to test). To give it a fair test, I tried it multiple times, prior to writing this review. Unfortunately, I don't think this is the right product for me. I found that it dried my skin out a lot. I have combination skin and the areas that are "normal" felt very thirsty and required extra cream. Sadly I don't think this product works with my skin. -

I had the pleasure of receiving a full sized bottle of Lancome's Rénerigie HCF Triple Serum. This product is formulated with hyaluronic acid, vitamin c+niacinamide and ferulic acid. This triple chamber package allows for an equal amount of major ingredients to come together to pack a powerful punch. Now that I'm getting to my mid 40s, I need to be more serious about the choices of skin care I use. I've tried Botox in the past however it isn't something that I would like to maintain and I've been looking for a few products at home I could use that would provide a similar effect.The fine lines that are developing near my eyes, I'm starting to notice a slight improvement in them and I would credit this product. Not only does it keep my skin refreshed but it keeps it hydrated all day long. If you haven't had the chance to try this out yet, you are missing out.Not only does the package look fanatics but it smells great. 10 out of 10 stars. -

I was given the opportunity to trial Extra Tylenol Ultra Relief. I often get headaches (I'm guessing from sitting in front of monitors all day long) and aches and pains from working out, so this couldn't come at a better time. The eZ Tabs are easy to swallow and have a sweet coating on them. This medication proved to stand up to the test and provided me with the relief that I desired. I was pleased that they only took about 10 minutes or so to kick in and lasted me a good 6 hours before I was required to take any more. I used to only buy store brand acetaminophen, however after trying this, I think I understand why doctors and my friends all rave about Tylenol. When I found out i was selected for the Orbeez Mixin' Slime set I was very excited for my kids. Over the past few months they have both been very interested in both Orbeez and slime and we never thought to play with them together. There are lots of positives from my kids perspective (and mine) and lots of negatives from the perspective of the parents. I'll start by my kids review. They loved the variety of Orbeez especially the marble and glow in the dark ones. They loved how well the glow in the dark worked. What they didn't like was how sticky the slime actually was. They had trouble working in the Orbeez as well. Even though there was an injector it didn't really mix them in. Also every time they played with the actual slime the Orbeez popped out sending them bouncing on our floor. (This is every parents nightmare). The crushing of the Orbeez proved to be a fan favourite between both kids and they seem to stay better in the actual slime. Our other massive challenge with this toy was the actual packaging. I had to use an actual knife as it was impossible to peel the foil that sectioned every Orbeez section as well as the slime! Im very happy the container acts a storage container for the supplies. Sadly I wouldn't buy this again. The package really should include more than two slices for the amount of Orbeez included as well as some activator or instructions on when you would need it. It did supply about a half hour of fun for them. -

I was given the opportunity to test PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for free in exchange for my honest review. I don't often get acne, however once a month I get a friend or two (if you get what I mean). At the first sign of a pimple on my chin I applied one of the patches. Here is what I liked about them, they are small and discreet and easy to use. I love how they are made without sulfates, fragrances or dyes. The price point and the amount of each size you get in a box is very reasonable as well. What I didn't like and maybe it was my ignorance was the results. I didn't find any immediate results. I did two days in a row the patches and it wasn't until 7 days later did I see the mark going down. I don't pick or squeeze them ever and I didn't find they made them go away and quicker. For me it isn't a win and sadly I wouldn't be buying them again. -
