I don’t normally eat this type of processed meat because of ingredients and nutritional values concern, but I found the turkey alternative interesting for that reason. I tried them in a recipe I saw online during a friends gathering and I’ve only received good comments! I’m pretty sure everyone would have liked them as much in hot dogs.

I had tried a different brand of turkey bacon a few years ago and really didn’t get the hype around it, there was no way it could replace my regular bacon. So I tried this one with really low expectations. Well it has completely changed my opinion about turkey bacon! It was flavorful, crispy, there was an interesting smoky flavour and the nutritional value is far more interesting than pork bacon, especially for the fat content. The only downside is that the product was hard to find in my area. i had to go to a few stores to find it.

It was my first time trying an Espresso Martini so I didn’t know what to expect! I thought it was going to taste bitter or a strong coffee taste, which is not my type, but it was surprisingly sweet and well balanced! It even has a salty side in my opinion. I like that it’s a mocktail, giving an opportunity to those who don’t drink alcohol to enjoy it as well.

I’ve been waiting for a while to try these gummies as I’ve heard for so long the benefits of apple cider vinegar on digestion. I like the taste, it’s a little acidic but still great taste. The texture is pleasant. They’re easy to find in store, even Costco. My only concern is the recommended dosage of 1-2 gummies 3 times a day! It adds up to 6 gummies daily. The packaging is 120 gummies which means the bottle would only last 20 days 😳 for now I haven’t seen any short or long term benefits so it makes it too expensive for what it’s worth in my opinion.

I would consider myself a “water bottle expert” as I cannot leave the house without one!! I was super excited to receive this one from Contigo for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Here’s my honest review:
Pros: I love that it fits in my car’s cup holder. It’s also the first time a see a coffee mug with a tea bag hook (genius!). I love how easy it is to clean every corner of the lid
Cons: I tested it with iced water and by the end of the day (10h later) the ice had completely melted. I don’t believe it would keep my water cold for up to 24h but it’s not really bothering me because my water bottle never lasts 24h anyway!

I really like the simple elegant look of the candle. The translucent colored glass and the modern shape makes it a great addition to the decor even without being lit. It is not overly scented (i can’t smell it in the room if not lit).
As for the scent; it’s very sweet, but complex blend. Exactly what you’d expect when buying a Vanilla Creme Brulée candle.
