I have been using Swiss Naturals Activated Charcoal at work when I feel a bit bloated from gas. I found most of the time it did help (took time) but a few times it didn’t help. The pill itself is easy to take, no odd smells thankfully. Hopefully with continued use I will see the effectiveness go to 100% -

Also has a case to keep everything in one place. I found the set super easy to use as a woman. Only drawback would be the two smallest sizes seem so thin but I didn’t get to try them so cannot tell how sturdy those two sizes would be. -

It’s a think cream that feels very hydrating without feeling heavy on my skin. I've used Therabreath whitening oral rinse in Dazzlibg mint for about a month. I noticed less staining on my teeth (coffee drinker) by the end of the 4 weeks. Most importantly there is no peroxide or alcohol or dyes in this oral rinse. The mint was not over powering or fake tasting. Therabreath has become a staple in my daily oral routine.

I used the Kerassl Renewal Nighttime Nail Patches to help with post gel nails that were a bit roughed up from repeated application and removal. Whole I didn't have nail fungus I did find repeatedly using these patches nightly strengthen and healed my nails!! I liked that the patches can be reused as well on the same fingers saving money. Overall I would use this product if I had nail fungus but definitely use for damaged nails due to repeated nail salon treatments -

I love candles for the mood/ambience they create and the scent they give off and yankee candles have some of the best smelling candles. Besides that the candles come in a lovely simply glass jar and the burn time lasted me many hours! Highly recommend -

I used the Catell PROTEIN spaghetti pasta to make chicken and vegetable stir fry with “noodles”. The pasta cooked up quickly and I really loved that it held its shape really well. The extra 17g of protein made with 100% plant-based protein is an added bonus and had no impact on taste or texture. The pasta is certified vegan and non-GMO which is just one more thing to love about this pasta. This pasta will be a staple in my pantry from now on!!
