I'm a farm girl from Southern Alberta. Currently living in Northern Alberta with my wonderful Husband. Both of us are Heavy Equipment Operators, and we are among the few very lucky couples that get to work together everyday! Same hours, same days off, keep each other company during the commute to and from the shop/site everyday...yupp we've got it pretty good! I've been known to be fairly outspoken and telling ya 'how I really feel' has never been a problem for me LOL. Just in the last couple of years, I've started channeling my opinionated nature into reviewing. Reviewing anything and everything. The good and the bad. However, I absolutely believe in CONSTRUCTIVE critizism. Simply running down a product/place/service doesn't serve the kind of purpose that a more detailed, in-depth account about situational specifics and SUGGESTIONS on how it could be made BETTER does! I became a 100% believer in that concept after I started running Heavy Equip. Just telling someone they did it wrong, doesn't tell them how to do it right. Even through our usually hectic schedules, I still LOVE trying new product lines and experimenting with different additions to my various regular routines. (Hair/skin care, housekeeping, meals, shopping, wardrobe, accessories, fitness, etc.) And sharing my experiences has become an absolute accompanying step. My favorite thing about reading/writing reviews is that when people add specific details/tips/tricks/variations for different things, you can discover that products/places, etc.that you perhaps did not think were really for you in the past, can actually be exactly what you're looking for after all! Just maybe for a different purpose or mixed/prepared in a different way or with other things than you had originally tried.
