This is one product that will continue to be on my repurchase list. It definitely works at removing blackheads and it's something you can do when you're pressed for time. You don't really have to wait the 15 minutes as instructed, you just have to wait until the strip dries and hardens (~5-7 min). It works better if you clean and exfoliate beforehand.
It does hurt to remove and I don't think I can ever get used to the pain but for clearer pores I'm willing to go through it. It is on the pricier end and you don't really get that many strips in the box but I usually only use this once or twice a month and always get it when it's on sale and/or I use coupons.

We generally use the glade air fresheners at home but I like the Lavender and Vanilla scent the best. I have repurchased this product multiple times because I always seem to run out of it pretty quickly since I use it all around the house. It's very inexpensive (I got it for $0.99 on sale) and it comes in an aerosol container which I prefer to the solid air fresheners because it eliminates odours instantly.
This is one of the scents I can use in the bedroom without getting irritated by it. Some scents give me a headache but this one is a has a nice sweet scent but it's not cloyingly sweet. It's a perfect blend of lavender and vanilla. It produces a fine mist which evaporates really quickly without leaving marks on furniture surfaces and floors. Compared to the other scents, this one lingers a lot longer. I can still detect the scent after hours of spraying it.
I would continue to repurchase this. For the price, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good air freshener.

I have been on the look out for a mattifying moisturizer since my skin seems to be oily all year round. I have tried the Vichy Normaderm Pro Mat Ultra-Mattifying Oil-Free Lotion but I did not find it to be effective specially for the price you pay for the product.
I decided to try this product since it was inexpensive ($6 on sale and I also had a coupon for it) and it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. Firstly, I tried it over my regular moisturizer (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel) and found it to work immediately. My skin was not oily and it definitely has a mattifying effect without drying out my skin.
I also tried it on its own without any other moisturizer and found it to be even more effective but it did have a drying effect around my nose area. I have found that my make-up stays on longer after applying this moisturizer specially on my forehead where it tends to get oily the most.
It doesn't have a strong scent and it did not break me out. The consistency is very light and applies evenly - there isn't the sticky feel of a regular moisturizers and the powdery feel of other oil-free moisturizers. This should be used solely by those with oily skin since it might be too drying for those with normal skin.
Verdict: I would buy this product again. It's a great price and works effectively for my oily skin.

I've been in search of a more gentle scrub to replace the St. Ive's Apricot Scrub I have been using since the summer. While the St. Ive's scrub was ideal for warmer weathers when my skin was at it's oiliest, I find it's too drying now that the weather has gotten more chilly.
This scrub is gentle enough to be used on a daily basis without it drying your skin since it contains very fine beads. It lathers and washes off well. There is no strong scent to the product and it's very gentle on the eyes. This is definitely ideal to use during the winter months when the cold air wreaks havoc on the skin since it doesn't strip your skin of its moisture. It leaves your skin feeling supple and hydrated.
As far as the brightening effects are concerned, I found it to be only slightly effective. A major concern I always have when changing products is breakouts. So far I have not had any since I started using this. I would definitely recommend this.

This remains a favourite in my family. Breaking off the individual pieces is half the fun of eating it. One piece is just enough to satisfy my craving for sweets and I just love the crunchy nougat bits.

I usually resort to using the Covergirl Lash Blast or the L'oreal Voluminous mascaras for everyday use but after reading good reviews of the Maybelline Falsies online, I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I wasn't too impressed with this mascara. I tried the waterproof version since mascaras tend to smudge on me because of my eye shape.
One thing I did like is the curved brush which contoured around my eyelashes nicely and the tapered end works great for the corner of the eyes and the bottom lashes. Unfortunately, I found the formula too thick. I'm not gifted with long lashes so I like to layer my mascara. This mascara clumped too much and dried too fast to be able to do that. It also flaked and smudged.
The verdict: I will not be repurchasing this mascara any time soon.

I received the Magic Bullet as a present in my first year of University. I'm in 4th year now and it's still working and it's just as useful as when I first got it. I mainly use it to make smoothies and protein shakes in the morning, and sometimes to mix pancake batter. I also use it to mince garlic and onion which cuts down my cooking prep time.
It's easy to clean and store and barely takes up any room on the counter which makes it ideal for small kitchens. It's both a space and time saver. This is one appliance that has proven to be very useful and I will most likely repurchase when the one I have stops working.

After trying out so many different moisturizers, I finally found one that finally agrees with my skin type and one I'll keep using for a long time. Firstly, I have combination-oily skin (more on the oily side lately), hence I have avoided using creams altogether because they were too moisturizing and made my skin too oily. I switched to using gel because they are specifically tailored for individuals with oily skin. I tried the Vichy gel but I had an adverse reaction to it and was left with redness for a week so I decided to switch to the Clinique moisturizing gel. Since trying it, I have not used any other facial moisturizers.
This gel is hydrating without being oily. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and supple without the greasy feeling. I like that it comes in a plastic bottle with a pump and therefore allows for a more sanitary application. It is on the pricier end so I would recommend trying the sample size first before buying the larger 125mL bottle. The large bottle contains a lot of product. I've been using it for a month now and I've only used about 1/4 of the product so the whole bottle will last me a while. This would be an ideal moisturizer for the summer because it's light and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. I find it's also a great moisturizer to use under makeup since it's not greasy and allows for your make-up to stay on longer. It's fragrance free as well so it's great for those who are sensitive to strong scents.
I wouldn't recommend this for the dry areas on your face, this would not be sufficient to moisturize it. This is definitely intended only for those with oily skin.

This is a perfume I will continue to purchase over and over. Chocolate is an overarching smell in all top, heart, and base notes but it's not the overly cloying sweet and sugary smell. It's a subtle, delicious scent. This is light enough to be worn during the day but I could also see this working as a night scent because of the woodsy, vanilla, and amber base notes.
The smell stays relatively close to the body so it's ideal to wear even in a classroom or office setting. It gives off just enough of a scent so people will still detect that you're wearing perfume. I always receive compliments when I wear it. If I don't know which perfume to wear, I usually end up grabbing for this one because it's just a good everyday perfume.
The only downside is its short lasting power. After 3-4 hours, I barely detect the perfume so I would have to reapply. It's also fairly expensive but I definitely think it's worth the price.

I used this with the Lòreal Argenine Resist Shampoo and both products really made a difference in my hair. Although the hair fall didn`t stop completely, it was considerably reduced. This conditioner was very moisturizing and it would be perfect to use during the winter months when the cold weather strips the hair of all its moisture,
It has a very pleasant light scent that stays on the hair even after drying. The hair was left shiny and smooth. It felt stronger and fuller as well. The ends of my hair tends to get frizzy and this conditioner has helped remedy that. I also purchased the hair mask but I found the conditioner was sufficient enough in moisturizing my hair. My scalp is very sensitive to change and I would often get dandruff when I try on a new shampoo but I didn't get dandruff with this one.
Overall, this was a very good product. I would definitely recommend it and I will continue to repurchase it.
